We always order from Oowee when we want a treat and we are never disappointed. We usually get either the cluckin fries or the side chick burger which are our favourites. The only downside is it’s a little expensive for what it is (we recreated the dirty fries for a quarter of the price and there wasn’t a huge difference!) but it’s so worth it

Great burgers - one of the beet vegan burgers I’ve ever had. Really friendly staff and reasonable prices. It’s a shame there isn’t more seating. It’s really busy which is understandable as it’s such a great place but having somewhere to sit and eat would have made it a 5star for me.

Read moreThere's been seating available both times I went, and the service was really fast - I got my food within a couple of minutes of ordering. I found the prices pretty reasonable, and they do a good lunch deal. You get a good amount of food for your money - a burger on its own wasn't quite enough to fill me up, but it was a great excuse to get a dessert, or a burger plus fries was plenty. Staff have always been super friendly and look like they really enjoy their workplace!
The 'Mr Whippy' was more of a frozen yoghurt, so I recommend getting a milkshake instead - very decadent! The Lotus Biscoff milkshake (when available) is amazing.

Go for the lunch deal! - Edit
Between 11:30am and 4pm on Monday-Friday there is a lunch deal of 1 burger/salad with fries and drink for 8.50£ - can't move after eating it. Normal prices are about 7£ for a burger, 2£ for fries and drink each.

Super delicious burger that really satisfied my burger craving! Had The Big VG with garlic butter fries and onion rings! Burger was great with the garlic mayo and onions and the onion rings were super crispy and garlicky! Fries were nice - not that hot and yes I ordered butter fries but they were really greasy and it made them quite soggy. However had a really good experience and would definitely go back again if i wanted a feast! Priced just like other vegan burgers so didn’t really mind can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu

Seriously I’ve lived a few decades and the BBQ cluckin’ sandwich IMO is the best I’ve ever tasted! Really friendly guy at the front. Everything was biodegradable.

Really enjoyed the burgers here taste wise, they were really well seasoned and the texture was very nice. The waffle fries were also very nice. However, the way in which these are advertised is very deceiving and makes the portion sizes look about twice the size of the real portions you’re given.

Yummy Vegan Junk Food - Edit
I am not based in Bristol so when visiting a friend who is teetering on the verge of Veganism I thought I would check out Happy Cow and see what the offering was. The images of the loaded fries drew me in and off we went!
Read moreThe food did not disappoint, we shared the Big Oowee Burger, Cluckin Fries and a small Caeser Salad. The portions sizes were great and the flavours amazing. The only downside was the fries weren't as saucy as I would have liked.
We ate in and the place is relatively small but we had no trouble finding a seat, unfortunately no toilet which is a bit of a pain when eating and drinking.
10/10 would go again the next time I am in Bristol!
