One of our favorite places in Canggu! - Edit
Great place with home made food. You could order from menu or choose your food from the buffet. I am totally in love with their tofu and corn, they also have a great selection of kombucha and home made teas. The food is organic and locally grown, the owners of the place and the team are very friendly and spread a very good vibe. Totally worth coming!

This isn't the cheapest place, by Indonesian standards, but for the price, I think it's quite good for the variety and the attention to the dishes. But also Canggu is slightly more expensive than Ubud.
Read moreFor example, (I'm talking about the buffet), for about 5K IDR less, you could head to a very local warung (in Canggu), although it wouldn't be vegan (or even vegetarian), nor would it have added different dressings/sauces to the dishes; ie. okra with cashew (?) sauce, chickpeas with onion, peppers and dill, different types of hummus, fried tempeh in a sauce that's not just a Sriracha variant... (nothing against Sriracha, but I need some variety at this point).
The staff were extra friendly today, I was given a miso soup with goji berry - it was nice and very different from miso that I am used to =)
Also a nice view looking out at some rice fields.
There is free water.
The toilet is clean and tidy.
Although this is still an Indo buffet, meaning, your food is likely not hot when you get there. I've understood that's just the way it is here.

I have been in this place many times, cheap price and good quality, now the buffet is more expensive and all the good is salty!

At last, I didn't eat anything, I explained the problem, and the guys ask me 70 k!
I mean for that price you can eat good food in a beautiful location!

Oma Jamu is a nice place. We tried food from the buffet. There were two things we didn’t like:
Read more1. All the buffet dishes were cold.
2. We had to tell the staff what we wanted from the buffet, but there was a glass in between, so they didn’t always hear what we said.
Besides that, we also tried the Nasi Goreng. We both thought it tasted a bit like soap. It wasn’t the taste of coriander, but something different. Perhaps it’s a matter of taste?
In general the food was good and had enough flavour.

Read moreThis place is incredible! We ate here most nights of the three weeks we were in Canggu as the food is healthy and delicious with lots of choice. We ate from both the buffet and off the menu and were not disappointed. Each dish is so creative and tasty, we’re yet to find another vegan warung in Bali that lives up to it. It’s also very well priced compared to most other places in Canggu. We will definitely be returning and would recommend you go😄

Read moreBuffet had many options. You point at what you want to have and they arrange the plate and calculate the price. Usually 45k-70k idr per plate. So, not the cheapest, sadly neither the tastiest.
The vegan lassi was also not good. We won't come again
I hate false marketing, so one star went for claiming to be plastic free, when they are selling products wrapped in plastic

I loved this place and went every morning I was in Canggu. I had the buffet twice, it was definitely the most varied vegan buffet I found in Bali, so many unique, fresh and delicious options! I also had a great smoothie bowl here, and my Omni boyfriend had the seitan burger and the tofu omelet which he loved despite previously not liking tofu. Also try their cacao smoothie - it is sooo chocolatey you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice and friendly waiter, the order took some time but we were a rather big group (10 people) so it's understandable. The pancakes (quinoa and buckwheat) were delicious and prepared with a lot of love. More expensive than standard Bali meals, but definitely worth it!

Je n’arrivais pas à retrouver ce restaurant car je le cherchais désespérément dans la catégorie vegan, car tout dans mes souvenirs était vegan sur la carte. Apparemment il y a des œufs proposés (et très facilement évitables selon les précédents commentaires) ça ne m’a pas marqué, pourtant je fais attention. Donc ami•e•s vegan be carefull. En tout cas les recettes vegan que j’ai mangé là-bas sont délicieuses, cuisinées sur place avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité. Burger vegan pour les grosses faims, et dahl de lentilles pour les gourmets : absolument extra ! Je recommande cette adresse, même si apparemment elle n’est pas full vegan, ce que je découvre. (Il y a une petite boutique au fond du restaurant qui vend des pailles en bambou, des produits de beauté, des petits souvenirs etc.. comme souvent dans les endroits touristiques de Bali).

For only 35k, they offer a “buffet” for lunch in dinner, in which you can choose six different foods from their case. I got some beets, tempeh, vegetable, and seaweed dishes (I don’t remember the names). All flavorful and delicious. They also had glasses of kombucha for 20k, which is a great price! They have both Indonesian and western influenced dishes. Staff was friendly, food was delicious, highly recommend!!
