Delicious baked goods - Edit
Really nice food, but unfortunately I got an Uber to the small branch with no seating, so make sure you go to the right one!

Disappointing - Edit
Unfortunately this bakery did not live up to expectations. I cannot truly review the pastel de nata as we had it straight out the oven so the custard wasn't set. The pain au chocolat was very dense and one of the worst I've had. Friendly service but I wouldn't return

We paid a large tip... - Edit
The sandwiches are very tasty. The bread is delicious. The Croissant & pain au chocolate didn't satisfy me. My husband thought it was delicious. Yeah well, Food is always a matter of taste.
Read moreI would come back in principle but unfortunately, an incorrect amount, far too high, was deducted from our credit card (although we had talked to the waitress in the store about the total amount including the tip). Unfortunately we only noticed this incident later.
So we ended up with a tip of almost 30 euros... 😉

Muy rico - Edit
Fuimos después de comer para el postre. Cookie de chocolate exquisita y el cinnamon roll muy bien también. Tienen más carta pero no nos dio tiempo a probar más. Volveríamos.

Great lunch spot and bakery! - Edit
Such a good find! I tried their pastel de nata, pain au chocolat, salmon sandwich and the mediterranean sandwich. The pastel de nata was the best one I’ve found yet! The sandwiches were really good- I recommend the mediterranean. All pastries and breads are made from sourdough so keep that in mind. The bread was fantastic too, I ended up taking some home with me. Very little seating but good for a grab and go.

Went just for a quick little something sweet, was surprised but such a lovely and warm place. Super adorable decor, cozy and very friendly. Had a wonderful pastel de nata and will for sure be back for more and to try other options. Had my eye on the toasts and pizzas😄

"Indulged in a delightful breakfast featuring a warm croissant filled with ham and cheese, alongside a scrumptious pastel de nata boasting velvety custard and flaky pastry. A Porto Must - Edit
We stayed in Porto for a month, with two weeks spent just around the corner from this amazing bakery. We went OFTEN during our time in Bonfim, and we loved everything we tried. The standout item for us was the Abigail sandwich, which was a family favorite. We also loved the pizzas, bread loaves, pastel de nata, and other assorted cookies and pastries we tried. We miss Odete. A lot.

All vegan and sourdough! Cinnamon rolls were so good! That and a nice hot latte was what we needed to fight the rain! Perfect!

A Gem of a bakery/cafe - Edit
We were here on a public holiday and so happy to have been able to eat at this gem of bakery/cafe. Very small and a little bit away from the main tourist area, but it was so very worth it! We had sandwiches and a banana smoothie that were delicious, and then topped it off with a pastel de nata. Everything is vegan and delicious!

Small vegan bakery - Edit
We managed to get here 2 minutes before closing. The lady in the shop was lovely, very accommodating as we tried to reach our goal of trying vegan pastel Del nata! We got cinnamon rolls, pain au chocolate and pateis de nata. It was worth the hike in the rain to get it 🤩

Cozy fully vegan bakery - Edit
Small cafe/bakery offering sandwiches, pizza, quiches, croissants and pastel de Nata's! Be careful if you go on a Sunday as they sold out of mostly everything by 1pm, so go early to get your odete fix!

Our number 1 in Porto - Edit
This is our go to spot in Porto. We went here about four times on our trip. We initially went there for their vegan pastel de natas but then we kept coming back to try all their other goodies including their pizza! Delicious 🤤 #Veganuary

Great coffee, croissants and pizza in a small cozy place - Edit
The place is small and cozy. A really welcoming cafe with pastry products.
Read moreThe staff is really friendly.
We had croissants and coffee, which were delicious, and then a pizza. My first pizza (I mean I did eat frosted ones before but we don’t count them here) since I went vegan.
It was great! It had what I had hope it would have: cheese alternative. And it was really good! The pasteis de Nata is made differently here but it is also good. #Veganuary

Best bakery in Porto - Edit
We were in Porto for a week and bought bread, sandwiches and pastries from Odete several times. LOVED all their sour dough breads we tried, they have good acidity and flavours with a nice bite. Sandwiches were very tasty, pastries also nice though a bit more rustic with a salty touch to them in my opinion. Their coffee is also good.

The best bread - Edit
There should be an Odete in every city, it is so good. Amazing bread that they make delicious sandwiches with and many other treats. We cancelled our hotel breakfast and went here instead! Super friendly staff as well!
