Comida, atendimento, decoração, as bebidas caseiras… Tudo é excelente! Mas o melhor mesmo é a criatividade. Os pratos, sempre deliciosos, vão muito além do que estamos acostumados em restaurantes veganos ou com opções veganas. Vale muito a pena experimentar!

The food was delicious and fresh and the prices were good. Highly recommend if you are looking for plant based dining options in Lisbon!

We loved our meal at O Gambuzino, the food was amazing, the best I had in Lisbon. The menu was varied and we order various plates, the burrito bowl, the tajine like dish,all really good. To me the chuchu salad was especially and surprisingly delicious! The staff was really friendly and the place has a really nice vibe, totally recommend it!

Firstly thank you to the lovely waitress who could have put me on a small metal table but instead chose to put me on a nice one on the wooden terrace, these gestures matter enormously to a traveler dining solo. The kombucha was sold out but their homemade ginger ale was superb. I had the Bibimbap, a little treasure chest of flavours and ingredients, and the glorious cheesecake which I inhaled, followed by their hot chocolate. As a long-term vegan who doesn't really enjoy greasy junk food vegan dishes, I seek out places like this where I can both enjoy and learn from the creativity of the dishes, this place really exceeded my expectations and is incredible value for the quality. I paid 26 euros including a tip. If I lived locally, this would be one of my regulars.

You need a reservation, and you’ll be glad you made one because the food is delicious and no one got a table without a reso. I had the panko-battered crunchy Tofu Katsu as my main and PB & chocolate Sneaky Slice dessert and loved them both. Perfect last meal in Portugal this trip.

We absolutely loved this restaurant. It has a wind buzzy atmosphere & we were served by loveliest waitress. The food was like a work of art & absolutely delicious. From where i was sat I could see the chef in charge of putting the final flourishes to the dishes. I could of watched him all night as he showed such passion for the food, the pride in his work, and all done in such a calm cool manner.

Nice to see.
Scallops as a starter were beautiful and yummy, the fish fingers, made from green beans, pretty oily, except the looks they got nothing to do with fish(-taste).
I had the Katsu Tofu, which looked incredible.
Colorful, fresh, different structures and layers of food.
Tastewise then a little disappointing, the tofu inside the crust was plain, the whole dish looked way more intense in flavor then it actually was. So I had to ask for some salt, pepper, haha.
The stuff also brought me some of their homemade spicy sauce. Very nice.
Interesting spot, I’d like to try again and taste their other options.
