Best vegan food I've had in a long time - Edit
Brought a non-vegan friend here and we both shared the gyoza and tempura broccoli for starters - both were amazing - then shared two mains: the wild mushroom ravioli and the gnocchi mac&cheeze. All vegan versions of course. They were AMAZING. We couldn't get over the flavours. 10/10 you need to try these at least once in your life!

I think this place is a must for vegans and vegetarians in Banff. I think it's a bit pricy but in return your getting a descent, tasty, clean, nutritious food.

Phenomenal service as per usual (thanks Caleb) and phenomenal food. The veganized nachos, Mac & che and Gyoza were amazing. The taps always have fantastic beers and from past experience the cocktails are to die for. Flat out refuse to eat anywhere else in town.

I actually really dislike this place. Have been here on 3 separate occasions and I find everything very underwhelming. There’s 7000 ingredients in every one dish so you can’t taste anything in particular, nothing is ever seasoned right so it all just tastes really lacklustre. I was excited to go there each time, but have given up now.

Loved the Falafel Salad! - Edit
Nourish Bistro is a local, vegetarian restaurant with lots of gluten-free and vegan options as well. The menu had a variety of unique, creative and healthy dishes and everything looked amazing. I have eaten here many times during trips to Banff and most recently in September 2020.

They have seating inside and the decor is unique and artsy. There is major construction on the road in front of the restaurant so the sidewalk patio is not operational. This is a cute and charming restaurant. The service during my last visit was ok, but slightly inattentive. Overall, love this restaurant and will continue to visit on future visits to the mountains.

Always my first stop in Banff! - Edit
Great plant based bistro in the heart of Banff. Come for vegan ceasars and nachos with strawberries, pickles and mandarins (yes and it’s amazing!), or plan to come for dinner and explore creative and tasty mains. Their in house nut cheeses are fantastic and there is something to suit everyone on the menu. Creative cocktail list, and great staff. I can’t wait to come back!

Vibes and aesthetic were chill and the staff was helpful with the menu. Options are pretty out there and a little extravagant but some are more traditional, vegans can pick from several good choices. I got the tempeh skillet and it was alright but I was superrrr hot.

Never would have found this place without Happy Cow. Me and my full omnivorous but adventurous husband both loved it! “Chicken fingers” was the first Tofu dish we truly enjoyed. Gyoza was delicious and chocolate truffles to die for! Staff were amazing and music was awesome! This is a must go to spot in Banff for Vegans, Vegetarians, and the adventurous!

I’m so mad at myself for not coming here sooner! I had the vegan gyoza and mushroom ravioli and they were both 🗣 SO GOOD! Plus they have a refreshing beet juice mix and kombucha. I may have dinner here before I head to Calgary later tonight 🤗. Best meal in Banff!

We went for dinner here as my wife was looking for a vegan cheese cake and we found this restaurant through Google. I was happily surprised with their menu. All dishes have a vegan option by just replacing one or two ingredients, and most dishes were only vegan. We had very tasty nachos and then I enjoyed noodles. Had a great dinner and absolutely a highly recommended place.

A bit disappointing - Edit
Was very excited to try this place but was quite disappointed. Way overpriced (I know it's remote but even still). I got the ravioli which was about $26 for 12 pieces! Not enough to fill me up. It was tasty though. My friend got the nachos which were strange... Strawberries and blueberries on nachos? At first glance the nachos looked very big and impressive but we soon discovered that there was hardly any toppings on basically a huge pile of corn chips. Wasn't that nice to eat. I don't like to give a bad review to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant but that was my experience.
