Bad Hostess - Edit
Went in for some food. And we had a big party unfortunately they didn't have any seats (which is completely reasonable since it was last minute) but the tone that the hostess had was snarky and rude. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. I hope that this isn't a trend for the restaurant but, I do not have an intrest in coming another time to review the food.

Top notch - Edit
I first came here in early 2016 when I'd been vegan for about 6 months. I returned 6 years later, and it absolutely held up. The gnocchi was delicious, but that ravioli!! Some of the best ravioli I've ever had. The atmosphere was cute, cozy, and very festive (we went on Christmas Eve). Highly recommend!

The best veg place in Banff - Edit
This place is expensive but excellent. I come here every time I’m in the Rockies and it never disappoints. All items can be made vegan- you have to specify. Many are vegan but make sure first

Yay! - Edit
Ate here many times during our stay in Banff. Tried the nachos, the gyoza, the pancakes, the chickpea omelet, and the ravioli. All were really good. The ravioli was fantastic, but like the gyoza, rather expensive for a relatively small portion. (I'm just a vegan on a budget.. If price doesn't matter, go for it. The ravioli was really good stuff!). The omelet, I ordered from the weekend brunch menu with mushrooms and vegan queso. The portion was huge, it was absolutely delicious, and the price was right. Love this place.

Best restaurant in Banff - Edit
We eat here all the time it’s so good. We took my partners non-vegan parents and they had low expectations and we’re blown away. We’ve been back with them many times since! Everything is delicious, especially the mushroom ravioli. I recommend ordering multiple plates and sharing everything!!

Great service, tasty food - Edit
We had a kimchi burger with fries which was exceptional. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the menu was a refreshing change from many typical or mediocre plant based options we'd had on our road trip in Canada.

Good variety - Edit
Cool place with big variety for vegans. Enjoyed my doner kebab and generous portion of fries but everything is a paid extra.

Would go again as I'm happy to pay the price in a tourist town like Banff.

Anything on the menu can be made vegan, great portion sizes and very flavourful. Nice vibe on the inside although very busy place and staff seem very overwhelmed and rushed.

Delicious Nachos, Hong Kong noodles - Edit
Visited Nourish Bistro last week and had a large serve of their 27 ingredient World Famous Nachos (all vegan) it was plenty for the four of us. Followed by something new, Hong Kong noodles which had plenty of flavour. The others tried the plant based Boss Burger, which they enjoyed. Finished off with the decadent Nutella inspired chocolate cake. Great place, good vegan food

Food was filling and so tasty - Edit
The food was so different. I loved how they are able to veganize any item. I got the ravioli. Loved it besides the strawberries. My friend got the fries which were so crispy with the red pepper dip and the sweet corn soup which was a good portion and tasty. Also beautiful restaurant

Great food in a visual wonderland - Edit
We stopped by after doing the cruise on Lake Minnewanka Monday 5/30. We had the tempura broccoli and the wild mushroom ravioli, and our omni traveling companions split the falafel salad. We all thought the service, food, and entertainment (we sat at the bar and watched the bartenders mix drinks) were top-notch. We'd go there again in a heartbeat!

Some of the best Veggie food we've eaten. - Edit
At the time we visited Banff, this was the only Vegan/vegetarian focussed restaurant and it was fantastic. Hands down some of the best vegetarian food we have eaten. The nachos have a variety of toppings I would never consider normally (strawberries, blueberries, Mandarin etc) but somehow it works and tastes fantastic.

Great atmosphere - Edit
I love that Banff has a vegan restaurant but I think what really sells this place is the atmosphere and staff. The food is pretty good but sometimes pricey. However I love the beer selection and how knowledgeable the staff and manager is. They’re actively trying to align food options with leaving a better world which I love. They also have dj nights and live music which is great (at least pre Covid they did).

Great for a birthday! - Edit
A perfect birthday dinner for my man! The owners are from Australia, and they're both friendly and helpful. One of them even offered my boyfriend a comped dessert for his birthday, which was much appreciated. The drinks are unique and tasty, and the food is great! We had burgers, poutine (it was the best vegan poutine we found in Canada!), dumplings, and wild mushroom ravioli. Dumplings had a bit of spice to them, but the ravioli was so unique and immensely flavorful!

The character of this restaurant and the concept are perfect fit together.
Read moreWe shared at first the gnocchis, the world famous Nachos and the poutin and I can say it was awesome.
The taste and the feeling in the mouth from the gnocchis are fantastic with a really creamy sauce.
The poutin was great with a really good tomato salsa and a super vegan cheese sauce.
The best was the fully loaded nacho plate, I had no idea how good nacho with vegetables and fruits can be.
At least one little criticism on a really high level: Do not put on every dish sprouts, it looks nice, I know, but sometimes when people try different things it looks like the same.
Thanks for the food it was the best I had, for a long time.
Pros: All Vegan , Gluten Free options , Amazing creative kitchen

Soo good - Edit
Went there once while in Alberta for work. And it was so good I dreamed of the ravioli for weeks. Luckily I had a friend who took a day day trip a few weeks later and was able to get some more to go. I will be back if I ever return to Banff.
