Tasty and innovative farm-to-table Thai food - Edit
This place has fantastic food, I loved everything I’ve had. The tofu is so good, made fresh and local every day. The menu has lots of unique dishes I haven’t seen anywhere else like the delicious dry noodles (Mee Leung Heng) and the Nom Jeen Curry. All dishes can be made with zucchini noodles made in-house with local zucchini from the farm down the road. The young owner and staff clearly have a passion for their work and it shows. Thanks for making 80% of the entrees by default and thanks for clearly marking all the vegan choices on the menu. Also thanks for making that tasty in-house vegan ice cream.

Large portions, lacking flavor - Edit
Noodle Hub is such a cute little place and the service was great but all 4 of us ordered different dishes and none of us liked our food, other than the appetizers. The flavors were either really bland or just off on each dish. I’m not sure if there was a new cook the day we came but I don’t think I would come back based off my experience. I really wish I liked it more because they offer tons of vegan options and great portion sizes.

Delicious!!! Unless an appetizer is made with meat inside (like a dumpling or an egg roll), everything on the menu is vegan, with the option to add tofu as your protein any dish.

The coconut milk ramen satisfies cravings you didn’t know you had, and their crispy tofu is the only tofu my two year old actually likes.
End your meal with a cold hot chocolate and you can thank me later 😉

They were so helpful and reassuring, made me feel very comfortable with ordering which is a top priority for eating out as a vegan. Reasonably priced and I cannot wait to go back!

I Love This Place!! - Edit
By far the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. My new favorite spot. Customer service was amazing. The owner Jack, along with his staff, Diego, who was our server, made you feel so welcome and they were very informative about their dishes. All local and fresh ingredients are used in their entire menu. They have a clean and comfortable setting to just relax and enjoy their spectacular food. A huge variety of vegan and gluten free options, and the homemade ice cream is to die for! Highly recommended!! I wish I could have given more than five stars!

We went there to “try” it out. After ordering half the menu I can’t wait to go back and try the other half. The food is absolutely fresh and flavorful. The pumpkin dumplings great and unfortunately are seasonal. All I have to say is you must try their ice cream, which you wouldn’t believe is vegan. Diego was an excellent waiter who had patience and explained basically the whole menu and how Jack, the owner/chef, locally sources the ingredients. Jack the owner/chef was very passionate about explaining how he and his staff provide such great/healthy food for the community they serve. Oh did I mention we also ordered food to take home? Highly recommended. As far as pricing they don’t allow you to tip.

Everything is made vegan as default, meat options are add-ons. Produce is from a local family farm and tofu is hand made at a local Asian market. Service is attentive and friendly. Tipless restaurant!

All of the food I have tried has been wonderful! Try the purple lemonade and homemade blue vegan ice cream! Their noodle dishes and rice dishes are both equally yummy!
