A number of tasty vegan options - Edit
Kung Pao was a good choice. Medium - hot was hot, but not stupid hot. The Singapore curry was a little bland.

I had previously eaten at a different Noodlebox location prior to becoming vegan. I was very impressed that the menu was clearly labelled with what could be made vegan, and that the cashier was honest about what options veganized better than others, which led me to pick the jungle curry which was amazing. I will definitely be back. There was also a note on the counter saying to tell them if you are vegan or vegetarian as they need to omit fish sauce and that helped me feel confident talking to the cashier about veganzing an item.
