Decent food on the go.

I dig the noodle box chain. It’s usually a beacon of hope when there aren’t a lot of vegan options in town or everything else is closed. I’d rather get noodle box than subway. Make sure you ask for salt!

Pros: Several vegan options. , They have bins for compost and recycling , Pre-covid sick hot sauce collection

Cons: Needs salt most of the time.

Tip or else

Sometimes I tip in this place, sometimes not. Today I didn't. Staffed by two guys I'd never seen. Apparently they punish non-tippers. The three parties who ordered after me all got their food before I did. And my dish seemed short on everything except rice. Basically a $12 bowl of rice. They've permanently lost a regular customer.
