Read moreWe were thrilled to find out there's finally a fully vegan restaurant in Stirling, and even more thrilled when the food arrived. Everything was delicious. We had the haggis bon bons, tacos, and noodle salad and each was perfectly balanced. Had carrot cake for dessert
Also worth mentioning that everything is well priced, so although we left full and tipsy, it was still a cheap night out.
Everything on the menu looked so tempting and we're definitely going to go back to try the Mac&cheese.
Our server was super friendly (Talia, if we remember correctly?), she told us that the menu changes seasonally - another plus -and helped us pick a great bottle of wine as they were out of the one we wanted.

Must visit! Perfect - Edit
A lovely, informal, rustic atmosphere - too 'trendy' and I can feel a bit anxious tbh! Plenty of room with not too many tables so you don't feel too squeezed in. The staff are so friendly, in a way that feels warm and genuine rather than well practised.

It's, of course, just a delight to go somewhere where you can choose anything on the menu so I think my expectations were on the low side...but all the dishes we had were exceptional, with no disappointments, no 'well, it's almost great, but..'. The flavours were amazing - thank you and well done to the chefs. The haggis tacos with a tasty neeps slaw and the ginger noodles were delicious with really distinct flavours (you know sometimes everything seems to have the same house 'dressing'? - not here). Toasty Wild Hearth bread (the best local bakers!) and soy sauce broccoli were also spot on. Warm apple cake and ice cream for dessert - I'm running out of superlatives - awesome!
We managed to partake of a range of beverages and these were all fab - that hazelnut espresso martini was all I dreamed it would be. We went on Thursday eve for quiz night, knowing that some quiz nights can feel a bit...awkward, shall we say? This one was great fun, no cheesiness, no excruciatingly hard qs that put you off, good hosting - recommend.
TLDR - great addition to Stirling's eateries. Great options of flavoursome takeaway and eat in food + lovely staff and ambiance. Treat yourself - get yourself to Nooch

After a while of knowing of nooch bar I finally had the pleasure of going today.

It was so so so good. The portion size was spot on a nice little sandwich with a fair serving of homemade haggis and cheese. Served with a homemade fruity brown sauce that complimented it so well.
I look forward to going back.

Great AND completely Vegan - Edit
I really love this place - not only for the great food and the fact that it is ALL Vegan - because the vibe is lovely, the decor is welcoming and the people are really lovely. I especially like the Beetroot and Feta with the clever crumbly things and the tasty pakora. And homemade chips! Like proper ones! Carrot cake to die for.
