Delicious Food and Great Atmosphere - Edit
This is our go to restaurant in Stirling as everything on the menu is vegan.
Read moreI think at this point we have tried everything on the menu and we have enjoyed everything we've eaten! The mac and cheese and the kimchi burger are particularly delicious.
The service is always fantastic too, everyone's really friendly and the place has a really lovely atmosphere.
Before Nooch opened, we had tried a lot of vegan restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh and we can hands down say Nooch has the best food.
Pros: All the food is vegan, Ingredients are seasonal, Amazing service

Nooch is a fully vegan restaurant and we were the lucky ones who got to enjoy the Christmas menu. Nine courses, and each course better than the next! A very loving atmosphere in a Christmassy and wonderful city.
We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. Our service staff did everything to make us feel absolutely comfortable and at home. He always brought us food with a smile on his face and explained what we found on the plate. The veganized dishes such as the haggis, the salmon and, among other things, the scallops were absolutely delicious. With every course a new firework went off. At the end we were allowed to choose warm drinks of our choice.
I even got the opportunity to thank the owner who worked in the kitchen all evening.
My absolute favorite course was the Sticky Toffi Pudding, incredibly soft and juicy and with the typical Christmas flavors. There’s a Christmas spirit coming up!
On our next visit to Stirling we will definitely not miss Nooch and will be pampered there again!

Read more100% VEGAN!!! SEEEEHR COOL.
100% VEGAN!!! VERY COOL.
A Christmas dinner was planned for six people, but because our daughter and friends' flight was canceled, the two of us now spent a great and very tasty evening here at nooch.
The nine-course Christmas menu was very well coordinated, and everyone can have a special feature and specialty for themselves.
The portions were just right and the price-performance ratio is very fair.
The staff is very friendly, attentive and enjoys their work.
We definitely recommend a visit here 100 percent.
Thank you very much, we will come back.
Pros: 100% vegan, Fair price, Friendly stuff

Phwooarhh just ace 🌟 - Edit
We’ve been so desperate to find a decent vegan restaurant in Scotland that provides delicious home cooked not your average at home ‘same same’ vegan food. This is a cut above the rest. I had the butternut squash tacos and my hubby had the haggis wrapped in seitan - blooming ace. Highly recommend. We shall be back to devour the Christmas menu 😋

We loved everything about Nooch!
Read moreWe came a bit early in the evening, so we were the only guests, but the place was still so cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was top notch. My husband had the doner kebab and I had the curry and lentil soup, and we shared the oregano fries between us. All of the food was perfect! In addition, this place is completely vegan, so what‘s not to love?

Satisfied in Stirling - Edit
Nice to see a fully vegan place in central Scotland. We had sourdough/olives/cauliflower romesco/patatas bravas to start: these were alright - the haggis bonbons which had been recommended were finished. Then the korean mushroom burger and chips, which was good. Finished up with a nice slice of cake and coffee.

Yummy food and lovely environment - Edit
This was a lovely lunch spot with a relaxing atmosphere and delicious all-vegan food. I had a vegan doner kebab which was very good, followed by a vegan chocolate muffin. This was a real gem as it was lovely and moist with plenty of chocolate chunks, something vegan chocolate cake often lacks!

Nice dessert - Edit
We went here two times, one time for drinks and dessert and one time for a sandwich. The vegan cheescake was very tasty and the sandwich we grabed was perfect too (I normally don't like mayo in sandwiches but this fortunately tasted more like aioli). They only had one choice of sandwich when we where there though.

We had a lovely lunch at Nooch, ordering the haggis bon bons, patata bravas, mac n cheese, fries and the miso ramen. Everything came piping hot which was great! The ramen was nice but small. All in all I would definitely go back next time I’m in Stirling. Hooray for another vegan eatery in Stirling!

A Delicious, Cute & Cost Effective Vegan Restaurant in Stirling - Edit
The entire menu is vegan and all the options looked very appetising. We had the veggie haggis, a Doner kebab, the banh mi and a sausage roll and for desert a piece of carrot cake and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, we were only in Stirling for one day but we will definitely come back to Nooch on our next visit.

Not great - Edit
I’ve visited Nooch several times over the last few months but always leave disappointed. My last visit was with a non vegan friend who was so unimpressed he now jokes about it. For some reason, much of what I’ve been served (falafels, sausage rolls, etc) has been very dry and tasteless. They need to expand the menu and offer larger wholesome meals. In saying all that, I’ll keep supporting the place as it’s vegan.
