Nomit is a nice vegan restaurant. I tried their puff pastry with tortilla and the burger, both really tasty. And the chocolate cake was ok (not too sweet, possibly it was without any sugar in it).

Good quality vegan restaurant! - Edit
After some fast food places, this was the first proper vegan restaurant we visited in Valencia. The quality of the food seemed quite good, although we didn't enjoy all the flavors, but that could be just us ;) We ordered a bit to much fried food: vegetable (sesame covered) tempura, with a mango-soy sauce, which was enjoyable. 3 types of vegan pate (e.g. shitake) served with Nacho's and deep fried tortilla. We enjoyed part of the flavors. We also had croquettes (deep fried again, so we picked poorly ;), differently flavoured, of which none became our favorite.

my favourite vegan restaurant in Valencia! - Edit
I had some food in almost every vegan place in Valencia listed on HappyCow and "Nomit" is just the best of all of them! The food is absolutely delicioius and creative - I especially recommend the menus of the day (which consist of a starter, a main course and a dessert) and are very tasty, unique, lovely decorated, filling and cheap (11€ including a drink). I also loved the moussaka. I was that fascinated by their food that I went there three times during my one-week-stay in Valencia and in addition took one of their burgers for take away on the plane for my flight back home. ;-)

Should I ever be in Valencia again, I will defintely revisit this place. ;-)

Fabulous, filling food, made with love. We had a wonderful lunch here. Food was really tasty. Kids had the pate and nuggets, we had the mini quiche and thai rice. We were all really full by the end. Service was good too.

Vegano muy recomendable en Valencia! - Edit
Fui a cenar ayer con unas amigas y salimos encantadas. Es la primera vez que iba a un vegano en Valencia (desconocía en Valencia), conseguí convencer a mi amigas y había que aprovechar la oportunidad! La verdad es que nos gustó mucho y tanto el trato como la comida fueron excelentes. Espero que les vaya genial y mucha fuerza con el proyecto. Muy recomendable su tabla de pates!

The menu is an assortment of burgers, sandwiches, tapas and juices. I ordered the seitan pita and fresh squeezed juice cocktail. The pita was crispy and filled with delicious wheat meat and veg. I couldn't tell you what the drizzles of sauce were...but they were fantastic and complimented the sandwich really well. The pita came with a side of tempura onion rings and they were incredible

Read moreTheir values are written on the wall for all to see, and staff are friendly/explain the novelty of naming burgers after key animal rights activists who inspired them.
The burgers are tasty - not cheap at €8.50 (& chips/patatas are extra!) but imaginative & tasty. And they are certainly filling for the price.
Pros: filling burgers, tasty flavours, vegan ethos at the heart of their business

Very nice restaurant with delicious food. The staff is very friendly! There is a lot of tasty choices from tapas, to burgers, lasagna, salads, raw dish and fresh juices. Very cosy and elegant atmosphere. We will go back for sure!

Although Nomit opens at 8:30pm, kitchen service does not start till 9pm. We weren't even given a menu to look at (nor was the aircon switched on) while we waited, so don't get there before 9pm! Still, the woman who served us was really friendly and helpful.
Read moreThe menu consists of burgers and wraps. My partner had the Morrisey burger, which was exceptional: really flavoursome and well made. I had the seitan and hummus wrap, which was generously filled, but needed a touch more seasoning. We were really satisfied with those, but wish we'd had more than two wedges on the side!
