Fine - Edit
Honestly expected a bit more, but if you have health concerns this apparently salt free place may be for you. The staff were nice enough, but the music was like a spa on a strange loop. Not bad, just bland and the bread was cardboard.

Pros: Pastas were ok

Good food, *mostly* vegan - Edit
I say mostly vegan because they do have items that may contain milk on their menu, but they clearly label allergens on eat food item. The staff was very patient with us as we know very limited Italian, but they have English menu is available if needed. They have quite an extensive menu and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant itself had a beautiful atmosphere. We got the pasta parcels for an appetizer, which was very good but had what appeared to be a “deconstructed” presentation, so we were not quite sure how to properly eat it (this is our own fault for not asking as we had never heard of this before. I’m sure our server would have happily helped us but we were stubbornly trying to figure it out on our own). For our main course we got the ravioli and truffle carbonara. The portions were on the smaller side but the food was filling. The ravioli was pretty good but the sauce was a bit lack-luster for me. They use vegan prosociano cheese which added a nice flavor. I definitely recommend the truffle carbonara! It was so creamy and delicious! We got three desserts: the vanilla pudding, chocolate-pear cake, and laddu. The pudding had a strong but lovely vanilla flavor. The chocolate-pear cake had a nice moist texture and came warm which made it even more decadent. We were not familiar with laddu prior to this, but it was very good! Our server told us they make it using chickpeas and cocoa. It was the consistency of fudge, had a light chocolate flavor and not too sweet. The pudding and the laddu are quite small portions, so if you are splitting dessert with a companion I recommend getting two items.

Very good! - Edit
We where there for lunch. As a starter we had the Calabrese salad. It was good, even than the cheese was grated.
Read moreThen we tried spaghetti carbonara (so delicious!) and ravioli, also very good, but for us too small portion.
As a dessert we had a chocolate-pear cake. Could be maybe a little more creamy.
The stuff was very friendly.
When we stayed there many seats in the big room where free, so it was not that cozy.
On menu there is a symbol for non vegan dishes, but we couldn't find it on a dish, so we would say this place is completely vegan.

Note: They're not 100% Vegan. They have dairy on the menu for drinks!

The gnocci however was delicious.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Didn't provide tapwater. Would only provide bottle

Great Vegan food in convenient Florence location - Edit
We went with a party of seven. Everyone loved their food. We ordered apps, first course, second course, desserts, wine, beer, and side dishes. Bigger portions than we expected, although we ate everything. Especially great was eggplant, meatballs, and Italian beer.

A lovely funky place. - Edit
Was served by an older couple who were lovely and could accommodate my broken Italian with their limited English. I had the truffle pasta which was very delicious. Also had the seitan steak with the gravy and enjoyed that less. It was a bit sour but the potatoes were lovely!

Delicious italian food! - Edit
This restaurant is beautiful, clean and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the carbonara and the ravioli. The sauces had lots of flavor and the pasta was really fresh. The tiramisu was small but tasty. This was the best vegan Italian food we had throughout all of Italy!!

Many options - Edit
We had the pasta parcels and two seitan dishes.
Read moreWe did not overly enjoy the dishes. They were not bad, but also not really to our taste. Maybe we should have ordered something from the prima piati as well. They definitely had lots of vegan options. I am not sure if the whole restaurant is vegan though, the menu said that non-vegan items would be marked specifically.
It was a little pricey.
The restaurant had a very relaxing atmosphere.
Pros: Extensive vegan menu
Cons: Quite pricey

The best Tiramisu - Edit
What a special place! I had the carbonara, a tiramisu and soy cappuccino. All of it was really good. I am just now learning that the Tiramisu tastes so different depending on where you go. This one has no coffee or alcohol taste to it, and I found it so delicious. I would visit again! Super nice service as well.

Very delicious - Edit
The restaurant has a kinda indian touch with the design and the name, but it offers mainly italian dishes. It was very clean and calm and the staff was very nice. The food was delicious and we liked especially the seitan which was amazingly tender almost melting in your mouth.

Seitan in red wine dish was fab - Edit
Red wine Seitan was delicious, beautifully done potatoes and a nice balances salad, soft seitan and lovely sauce, cannot fault it.
Read moreThe tofu escalope was alright, nothing special.
Spicy seitan dish was like a slightly spicy passata sauce, it was ok.
The veg carbonara was misleading, no veggies to be seen but the carbonara itself was fantastic.
Apple pie was good, same with the pear and chocolate pie - very delicately moist and with chunks of fruits - recommend the apple pie more. Could do with either custard or ice cream with the pies as it is quite dry.
Restaurant is very zen and bless the waiter who tried his best explaining the menu to us - he is deserving of 5 stars alone.
Pros: Good value for money

Fantastic food, Quirky gem - Edit
Fantastic food: almost fully Italian, with an Indian touch to the menu (...an Italian Thali or an Indian waffle anyone?) Try the truffle tagliatelle for a treat.
Read moreThe people are friendly, and the service is good and quick, if a little quirky, which added to the charm, for the most part... The one negative: Waiter #1 said the tisana came cold, but it arrived scalding hot after they made it fresh. Waiter #2 said they didn't have ice they could give me, so I bought cold water to cool it down. Odd, but... fine😄 **
The bugs were intense outside. Very hot inside in late August.
**EDIT: I spoke with the chef and she said tisana (which is an herbal infusion) always comes hot in Italy, so I probably just misheard the first waiter.
