Chilled vibes. OK food. - Edit
Had the millet croquette salad and vegan meatballs for lunch. They tasted alright but I didn't feel like what we received matched the menu descriptions. Portions were generous. Don't come and expect a quick meal; it's gonna take a while.

Another great buenos Aires spot - Edit
Charmingly decorated restaurant with plenty of space and some excellent vegan options. It's also located in my favourite area of Buenos Aires, full of little cafes and even an English book shop. The staff were friendly and helpful, although I didn't meet any English speakers on any of my visits.

Loved it! - Edit
I absolutely loved this place. I had the seitan steak (vegan option) and my boyfriend had the soy schnitzel (vegetarian, so with cheese). I loved mine and my boyfriend couldn't stop raving about how good the schnitzel was. We also had a glass of the artisanal wine which was lovely (a malbec I think). Highly recommend! And the decor is really cute.

I left this place angry - Edit
The place is nice, with great decorations, plants and a beautiful atmosphere. However after reading the menu we ordered two dishes and oops both were not available. We choose 2 others and the gnocchi arrived with a spinach sauce instead of a pesto one. The other dish was a braised tofu with julienne veggies and I received literally a lot of overcooked rice (not mentioned amongst the ingredients), covered with raw cabbage unseasoned and a few pieces of tofu. When I pointed it out to the waiter (cabbage salad with rice is not the same as vegetables a la julienne) she just shrugged her shoulders and sad “oh what a pity” and left.
Read moreMoreover I question their reliability. We received a few bites of bread and sauces at the beginning of the meal. I asked if they were vegan and Yes! After a few minutes the waiter arrived with the food and said “I don’t bring you bread because I don’t have vegan bread anymore”.
Go somewhere else
Cons: Bad service, Food was not as described in the menu, No vegan bread

The place is very cute and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My Spanish is awful and they were patient and considerate of this when ordering.

I ordered the sietan which was a huge portion so great value for money. The taste was a little lacking, but I would definitely come back again and try something different. My partner had the basil gnocchi which was awesome and we appreciated the appetizers of soup with breads and selection of toppings - great touch and full of flavour!
Pros: Cosy, casual, Friendly staff, Great portion size

Quality dining in Buenos Aires - Edit
In my week of dining all over Buenos Aires, I found Naturaleza Sabia to be one of the two or three best restaurants in the city, with excellent food and a distinctive, very pleasant ambience.
Read moreThere are many places in town to fill up on decent food, and even a few really good ones, but Naturaleza Sabia isn't just about filling up; it's about quality ingredients assembled with skill and some nuance (often less apparent elsewhere in town) and plated as balanced meals in a charming, tastefully casual atmosphere.
The extensive menu consists mostly of healthier takes on traditional Argentinian dishes with the typical meat swapped out for seitan or tofu, to better-than-usual effect here.
Meals here begin with an amuse-bouche of tapas (in this case, a shot of soup plus three bite-sized bits of toast, each with different-colored spreads, all tasty). The main course portions are very generous, and then there's the option of several desserts (including a pretty rich vegan brownie) on the off chance that you still have room for more. Fresh juices are a plus.
On my first visit, I had the beefsteak with mushrooms, which was delicious and also nicely balanced with a salad. On my second visit, I tried the vegan gnocchi, which I found to be a bit lacking in flavor, but of good texture.
The ambience is an unusual hybrid, blending fine-dining elements with funky ones. Works for me.
Service was minimalist yet attentive and helpful.
It isn't cheap (especially if you have dessert or wine), but at least you're getting something good for what you're paying.
Definitely recommended, even if it's out of the way.
Enjoy!

First impressions: Beautifully looking place! Cozy atmosphere.
Read moreThe food: A bit mixed, mostly traditional Argentinian plates (which are basically a mix of italian and spanish dishes) - they taste amazing and you get a big amount, just in case you are super hungry or a meat eater who is used to eat huge amounts of calories. We are not, so we got stuffed and were unable to finish it all, but you can always take leftover home :)
The prices: Good, not too expensive, not cheap - just right! You get what you pay for.
Their Menu: A lot to choose from, well informed for vegans and celiacs.
A great place for families, couples, solos... Also if you take someone who is not a vegetarian, they would like this one I think.
Pros: Beautiful place, Great menu, Big amounts
Cons: I don't know

Fantastic vegan dish! - Edit
I was so happy to find this place that I ordered the large sample plate of different vegan specialities. I was going to order a salad too but the owner said she thought it would be too much food. I was so hungry after being in SA for 10 days I doubted it, but she was right:)

It was a great surprise. It's not the cheapest, but it's totally worth it. Ate there twice and it was delicious. There's a lot of vegan options and they also offer you a delicious appetizer for free. Wine was also amazing. Definitely recommend and will go back as soon as I visit Bsas again.

Muy buena - Edit
This place was a wonderful find for a hungry vegan fresh off the plane. It looked great from the outside and the interior had a rustic charm. There was a larger downstairs seating area and a lovely balcony floor.
Read moreI had the seitán a la mediterránea. It was a generous sized portion and the seitán was the best i've ever tasted. My omni friend said it had the texture of finely sliced beef. Which i guess he regarded as a good thing. He went for the lentil burger. He said it was good, but thought it would be better served in a bread bun.
There were many vegan choices on the menu (which was available in English) and many more which had an option to be served vegan.
Definitely worth a visit.
Pros: Friendly staff, Great vegan food, Lovely place

Excellent - Edit
A nice place, super friendly staff and a great choice of vegetarian and vegan meals. I had a "10 nutrients" salad that was so beautiful and delicious (the regular one has cheese, I asked to have it without and received it with cubes of marinated tofu instead, "because we had some" and because it was nicer so!) and my friend had gnocchi with pesto that were super tasty.

Great Food And Atmosphere - Edit
It wasn't an easy find, but we were well rewarded for our effort. We came for lunch during the Sunday market, great place and great food. We had to wait for an open table at this obviously popular restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Vegan and vegetarian choices, great organic wines and fruit and veggie juices, great entrees, the place itself funky... The prices not cheap but reasonable. What's not to like.
