Amazing pastries - Edit
I wasn’t sure what my expectations were for this place as it seemed like a whole in the wall place ran by some very nice local ladies but definitely nothing super fancy.
Read moreTheir pastries are out of this world though! The textures and flavors of what I tried (cinnamon roll which was super flakey and just the right amount of sweet and a mandarin croissant which was also super good ans unique) are probably some of the best vegan pastries I have ever come accross in 10 years of being on the hunt.
Definitely recommend 😊 Also they were super nice!
Pros: Good pastries, Everything is vegan, Workers super nice
Cons: Atmosphere isn’t the best for staying long period

Okay - Edit
I went there two times. The first time I had a sandwich and that was quite good. I had enough sauce, which tasted really good. It was some kind of mayo. The meat substitute (I thing it was some kind of Tofu/Soja thing) was okay, it tasted good.
Read moreBecause the sandwich was that good, I wanted to try some cake the next time. The cakes look really delicous. I tried one caramel-carob slice and I did not like it. It was floury and the texture felt unpleasant. It's been a really long time since i last had such bad cake.
But at least the stuff was really nice and friendly :)
Pros: Friendly stuff, Sandwich was good
Cons: Cake was floury

Good pastry but no coffee - Edit
Small bakery serves variety of pastry and sandwiches and surprisingly doesn’t serve any caffeinated drinks.
Read moreChicory drink was simply disgusting, no offense.
The food was good: seitan sandwich and burger with oat patty both were okay, plain croissant was really flaky and vanilla cream dessert was tasty and not too sweet.
Also there’s a small shop with vegan goods (meat, dairy etc).
Would recommend for sweet pastry but I won’t visit again because there’s no beverages I’d like to drink.
Pros: 100% vegan, Really good sweet pastry
Cons: Chicory only , Mediocre savory pastry

My childhood brought back with their krémes - Edit
I used to go to dessert shops with mom as a kid always getting krémes. After going vegan I gave this delicacy behind...until I visited this lovely little bakery ❤️ Very delicious and big variety of desserts and sandwiches. Very friendly staff. I can only tell you to definitely come here if you find yourself in Budapest!

Best vegan bakery in Budapest - Edit
I have never been disappointed with anything I've bought at this bakery, and I've been going twice a week! The flakey pastries, the creamy slices and cakes, the traditional layered cakes -- everything is simply delicious and the prices are really good too. At lunch time, they offer a couple of hot dishes. I had a very substantial lasagna. The other thing I love about this bakery is the variety -- every time I go, there is a new type of cake or slice to try. It's also a good place to pick up some vegan groceries like baking goods (flour alternatives), plant milks and cheeses.

Omg - Edit
I got some quick train snacks before the store’s closing time for the next day. I bought a sandwich and a pizza roll, I didn’t have many expectations as they were going to sit in my fridge for a lot of hours before the trip. But they were sooooo good, I loved them so much!!! And the staff was amazing too!

Convenient, Tasty & Friendly - Edit
I'm on holiday with my family (we're all vegan) and I woke up early our first morning in Budapest to seek out breakfast. This bakery was just around the corner from our apartment, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. The selection of baked goods isn't enormous, but everything we tried was tasty. There's a very small seating area, and it didn't look terribly comfortable, but anyway I ordered "to go". Not sure we'll be back, but it's a convenient stop for anyone in the neighborhood, and vegan bakeries are rare.

Good foods but pretty unhealthy - Edit
Tried lots of foods, loved all of them, but they are definetly on the unhealthier side. If you don’t mind, then it’s perfect!

Good spot for something quick - Edit
Situated close to the train station, this makes a great place to stop and pick up some food for travel.
Read moreThe choices were plenty, although I struggled to find wfpb options. Most of the food is typical hungarian -breading, mock cheeses, oils, mayo. But as I understand, most of the vegans don't worry about that, and they will probably be very happy with options they have.
I didn't see a toilet, but they may have one.
Pros: Affordable, Close to station
Cons: Oily, unhealthy
