Great vegan options - Edit
It's such a nice restaurant and I really like the atmosphere, it's very close or almost on the strip, so you don't have to drive too far to get some quality vegan food, they have a great vegan menu and even dessert (chocolate cake) which is one of the best I have ever had. The food has a great sason and flavor.

Big portion of nachos - Edit
Nice to have a separate vegan menu. Food was tasty. Not quite enough staff for number of customers but very friendly anyway! Nachos were huge and tasty. Spicy! Burrito was a little smaller than we were expecting but also tasty.

vegan menu!!! - Edit
Great service from Ari! They have a whole vegan section which is sooo nice. It was hard to pick one thing. I ended up getting "chicken" nachos which was huge for one person.

App won't let me give 5 stars because it's not a vegan restaurant. They did forget my kale salad but I was too full to eat it anyways.

Yum! Must try! - Edit
Per the hosts' suggestion (whom was vegan) we got the Loaded Nachos added the chik'n and got the avocado tacos. Asked for a little extra side of the queso and the green sauce (tasted like a tomatillo, jalapeño, cilantro sauce)...definitely the way to go. We asked if the queso was made from scratch or bought and our server, Ariana, explained they have a commissary where a bunch of old ladies make it all from scratch and it is a cashew base. Reminds me of chao cheese a little bit. All in all...deliciousness! Go if you can. Easiest to access it from Harmon Ave.

I've always loved Nacho Daddy... - Edit
I've been going to Nacho Daddy since 2013.
Read moreI've taken many of my friends (even had my 21st birthday there back in 2014 and many other special occasions we've chosen to go to Nacho Daddy)
Only because we are Vegans and we love mexican food. :) They have a fantastic vegan menu that seems to constantly get better and better. Sad they closed the Eastern location (which was our main location!)
We just went to the Las Vegas Blvd. location for my mom's birthday back on August 3rd. The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was prompt but the server wasn't very personable and seemed bothered lol for no reason. I have tremendous respect for people in the Food and Beverage industry so we still maintain giving a good tip regardless.
My issue was with what greets you when you enter the restaurant. A live scorpion. Call me the annoying crazy vegan but I truly don't care. It bothers me to see the scorpion in a small case and what bothers me more is the "Dare to get a drink with the scorpion in the cup" BS. I may not be informed properly but if they use already dead scorpions for this marketing tactic that obviously bothers me but what i'm concerned about is the live scorpion in the restaurant just there for people to walk by. I don't know if they use him for this so called dare but it just pisses me off. The strip is full of crazy [censored] but this is just ridiculous. The scorpion should be left in the desert where it belongs. Side note, it was sad to think about and also all I could think about was the damn scorpion and it kind of grossed me out while I ate lol.
Regardless the food is what i'd give it 5 stars for but the scorpion being there and the service this last time and the music being way too loud that the server couldn't hear us (I'm known to be a loud speaker lol) so that says something hahaha!
causes me to give a 3 star. I wish I could give a 5! I still am so glad that they have such a great vegan menu regardless and their margaritas are absolutely phenomenal.

everything was amazing minus the price - Edit
I got the skinny dip queso and the quesadilla which was filled with the queso. It was amazing seeing the vegan menu. The queso was somewhat worth the price around 9 dollars, for that and bottomless chips. I just added salsa with it which was free and that food lasted quite a while could feed like 5 people. But the quesadilla was definitely not worth the price it was four small bites for 10 dollars. I would go again but only for the queso.

Amazing - Edit
So one of the things I miss from my non Vegan days is queso. Well their Skinny Dip is so close to the non-vegan version I forgot that I actually missed the non-Vegan version. Also the chick'n Tacos were fantastic as well. Great Vegan options in Vegas.

Loved this place! - Edit
Great service and great food! Was really easy to find the restaurant and to have about 10 options of vegan meals was incredible! I got the fajita salad and my husband got the quesadilla. The cheese looks and tastes and stretches so real! Will definitely be back !

I visited early morning, but I am wondering what parking could be like at night?
Pros: Large menu with items non-vegans would like, good reviews

Nachos - Edit
I completely appreciate Nacho Daddy having a vegan menu. My boyfriend and I went there to split the loaded nachos for a late night snack. It's a great size to share and full of flavor. I just wish there was a little more cheese sauce, but overall it was just what I wanted.

VEGAN QUESO! - Edit
This place is what cheesy vegan dreams are made of! First, it's important to know the easiest way into this location is off Harmon. Planet Hollywood has a valet just below, so use the valet and you can shoot straight up to the restaurant. When you get there, I implore you- order the Cucumber Jalepeno margarita to start! Don't let the jalepeno scare you- it's just a small bite of heat and this drink is not overly sweet like most margaritas can be. Then, before you have your way with their giant vegan friendly menu, be sure to order the queso. Now, vegan queso is hard to come by, and even harder to be made correctly. The chefs over at Nacho Daddy have NAILED it. It's served in this decadent tower complete with guac and salsa and warm, fresh chips. Yes, the rest of the menu is outstanding (the flour tortillas alone, flaky and rich, are worth the price of admission) but the queso? Their queso makes life worth living!

Solid Vegan Menu Section - Edit
Note: Also serves meat. The street entrance to the restaurant is actually on the north side of Harmon, just east of Las Vegas Blvd. across from the parking lot of the closed Harley Davidson Cafe. There is a very good vegan section on the menu with vegan versions of pretty much all of their dishes such as vegan tacos, fajitas, nachos, burritos, etc. I think they use Daiya vegan cheese-like products and Gardein "chick'n" in some of their dishes, It is possible to get many dishes with black beans, rice and veggies for a somewhat less processed experience. I was told that there is no meat or meat stock in the black beans and rice on the vegan plates and that none of the tortillas on the vegan menu contain animal fats. The food was very tasty, although the "chick'n" was too salty for my taste. The folks were very nice and accommodating. Prices were reasonable and the portions were good value for the money. There are at least two other locations (Downtown and Summerlin).
