We are touring USA for my partners big 40 and struggled in some places to get decent vegan options, thankfully Nancho Daddy didn’t disappoint with full vegan menu. We had the enchiladas and the nachos which were delicious then my partner had vegan chocolate cake and coffee for his birthday Cake celebration and both were delicious - nice vibe in the restaurant too, great to feel ‘normal’ rather than awkward and fab being able to choose from the menu not having to make up something by removing everything or being offered ‘salad’ highly recommend, can’t give 5 stars and not fully vegan but I would if I could!

Great Full Vegan Menu Page - Edit
If you’re in the mood for some late night grub after a night of drinking on the strip, this place is the perfect solution. It’s around the corner from the strip and closes until 2am. I got the chickn’ chimichanga which was loaded with veggies including black beans, corn and sautéed peppers. Overall, not a bad place to eat (especially after drinking late night).

I went here with my family and they had something for everybody. They have a large standard menu, but one of the last pages is completely vegan. I had the daddy vegan bowl which was pretty good, and my girlfriend had the vegan chicken fajitas, which was really good and pretty impressive faux chicken. Also a friendly staff is always a plus.

Lots of vegan options, I was spoilt for choice! With toppings like vegan queso, sour cream and cheese you didn’t feel like the vegan option was sub-standard at all! We ordered 1 nachos as we were advised they were big enough to share but found we ran out of chips so ordered extras.

We walked down to Nacho Daddy for some vegan Mexican and it was worth the walk from our hotel! It was super busy so we had to sit at the bar but that was okay - you might need to book if you want a table. The food was really good, although I would order something a little less spicy next time!

This place have a vegan meny full of vegan options. We have the soy chicken nachos and it was amazing! A little bot pricy but it is located at the strip. The place is also very loudly and when we was there they showed sports on big TV screens so keep that in mind. We also had to wait 10 minutes to get a seat.

This is easily a 4.5. Tons of vegan options. Chicken nachos are superb. It has lots of beans so if you’re not a fan, skip. The quesadilla is classic and is bursting with flavor. The chimichanga tastes really great but it doesn’t really hold its shape. I went here twice on my 2-day Vegas trip. Definitely a spot you can take omnis.

First time I had the spicy burrito. So good and filling. Second time I had to get filled with nachos.
The experience was really good. Money vs. portions were great. And we had big screens to catch the last inning or two of a playoff game. That's not to mention a full bar which is both appetizer and dessert.
The bartendresses were spot on.
We went mid October. The first bartendress was a blonde with a terrific voice. You'd think she should be narrating or reporting something.

I was impressed that this restaurant has a dedicated vegan menu. Most of the vegan options had vegan chik’n and cheeze. If you’re not a huge fan of faux meat then this is not the place for you. I had the vegan chik’n quesadilla and burrito bowl. Both were good but not out of this world amazing. This is definitely a vegan comfort food kind of place.
