Awesome markets and cafe - Edit
Great selection of unique health items, and delicious vegan dishes. Relatively store compared to west market location, and has great vibes and nice outside seating upstairs at the cafe.

Delightful Deli and Bakery sections - Edit
Deli has vegan items in both the full-service case as well as more in the sandwich area across the aisle. Baked goods are clearly-marked which are vegan and includes brownies, cookies, muffins, and multiple slices of cake flavors (chocolate raspberry torte, yellow cake, spiced apple cake, carrot cake, etc.)

Had the Black Bean, Beet and walnut burger. It was delicious and did not fall apart like most veggie burgers. Was not as happy with the sweet potato fries.

Service at this location is not friendly. Not sure if the staff is overworked or dead inside. Not even a simple smile.

A Real Asset to the community - Edit
It’s so nice to visit again. Clean, well maintained, staffed by caring and engaging people from the community. The menu is great, with lots of vegan options, as well as gluten free and everything well described and labeled. I got the Thai coconut soup, Mediterranean salad and smashed guacamole. My daughter got the vegan chick’n sandwich. Service was great, as always, food was delicious.

Cafe and Grocery Store - Edit
The grocery store had a vegan baking section with many vegan baked good options. We had lunch at the cafe upstairs. I ordered tacos with vegan sour cream (ask for no cheese). They were just okay. There were quite a few veggie/vegan items on the menu.

Just look for the V and they will make it vegan. I assume they use the grocery items that are sold downstairs for all of the things they can make vegan but that’s ok because I can’t think of anything I’ve tried that wasn’t really good.

This places has my taste buds dancing! Vegan options are made very clear on the menu. A nice variety of options. Great atmosphere! Art and music when walked in on a Sunday brunch day. Definitely a hometown feel in this cafe inside an awesome grocery store. Check it out!

The atmosphere is warm and open. The service is polite and the prices are reasonable. The food is delightful and diverse for a vegan or vegetarian. I highly recommend the Mustard Seed Market and the restaurant upstairs.
