Obwohl der Service sehr knapp besetzt war, wurden wir herzlich bedient. Wir haben sogar bei unseren Pilzen (Vorspeise) nochmal Brot zusätzlich bekommen, damit wir die restliche Soße aufessen konnten. Mein Freund hatte das Tagesgericht (Teigtaschen gefüllt mit Pilzen und noch mehr) mit Brokkoli-Reis. Er meinte, es wär mit Abstand das beste vegane Essen was er in Portugal gegessen hat. Ich hatte den Blues Burger, welchen ich auch sehr empfehlen kann. Kleines Lokal, aber definitiv empfehlenswert!

We visited Musgo on a saturday short before they closed at 3pm. Two of us had the dish of the day (seitan with caramalized onions, mashed potatoes and a salad) and the other two had the burger with tempeh, sweet potatoe chips and a salad. Everthing was delicious.

The menu lacked variety but it's not an issue eating there once in a lifetime.

We stopped in for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food was flavorful and the portions were generous. There weren’t a lot of options but even my non-vegetarian husband enjoyed the veggie burger. The women working were very kind and took pride in the food. The location was a little secluded but definitely worth finding.

A wonderful vegan restaurant in Aveiro. It was very busy, but the service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We had the soup of the day and the meal of the day, followed by dessert and coffee; including our drinks, the overall cost was very good. I think the best meal I’ve in on my trip to Portugal so far.

A secluded corner with a nice little terrace. The dish of the day was delicious and very filling and there was a good variety of starters. In addition to the dish of the day, there was also a wide range of dishes from the menu that were prepared very quickly. The service of the staff was very pleasant.

Musgo is located in a quiet little alley and atmosphere is very “home like”. The chef and staff are eager to please and the food has a comfort quality to it. There’s a small Indian influence to some of the dishes, but if that’s not your thing, no worries. They are known for their variety of vegan burgers, but I had the nights special a pasta with sautéed veggies, cashews and garlic, tossed in EVOO. I would go back in a heart beat.

The Tastiest Vegan Food I've Ever Eaten - Edit
It was the first time I went to Musgo. I have tried vegan food in other restaurants in the area, and even though they were good, Musgo managed to surpass my expectations. The cook was incredibly friendly, and the staff in general was very welcoming! The food was brilliant! I tried the Blues burger and it was the most delicious burger I've ever eaten, ever, even comparing with regular, meaty ones! It was also the first time I tried tempeh! So, all in all, an amazing experience! Totally recommend!

I would like to mention that the menu is super healthy. The soup was delicious and the main dish (I choose the bowl with smoked tofu) was very good. You can choose to eat inside or outside, a super calm spirit place with kind people.

Read moreVery tasteful and the flavors were well balanced. The dessert was also nice (I don't remember the name 😅) but it was a creamy cold cake 😁. The place is very central, small and cozy, the staff very friendly. There are also some tables outside. Recommended!
