My hubby and I discovered this place on our last trip down from Denver and we loved it! We'll definitely be back.

Truly excellent - Edit
We went there twice while at a yoga retreat in Colorado. I had read all the reviews, and was concerned about a few of the negative ones. On our first visit, we knew we were in heaven with amazing vegan food. I asked them about the reviews, and they said they had gone through a change in the cook at one point. In any case, I find it rare to find a fine dining experience, all vegan, and that alone is worth a lot. The Brussel sprout dish was amazing, and if you drink, we had a few really fun cocktails. We missed their brunch, but it sounded fantastic. I recommend this restaurant.

I’m going to miss this place. - Edit
We went here for my Birthday dinner this year. I made a reservation for 6 of us the night before and when we got there our table was ready. The server was very attentive and sweet. She helped my non vegan family make choose the perfect dinner. I got to try the maple-ginger glazed acorn squash salad, mac & cheese, fried green tomato sandwich, and white bean burger. All were great! The salad was fresh and not overly dressed (which I like), the mac & cheese was classic comfort food at its best. The fried green tomato sandwich was surprisingly tasty and very creative. The white bean burger was good and hearty. The fries were good too! I peered the beet pastrami and a side fried Brussels sprouts. So good! I’ve never tried beets before but this was so good. It reminded me of a Reuben sandwich. The flavor was amazing! The Brussels sprouts were so good, the tempeh bacon on top really does taste like bacon and compliments the sprouts perfectly. Everyone at the table loved them! It was a special experience and a wonderful night. I’m so sad that they will be closing at the end of February. Hopefully I can swing by once more before then.

a solid no - Edit
Mac and cheese tastes like it came from a box, Brussels over cooked in a bath of oil, tempeh bacon was crumbled tempeh, chai cider was super water downed, fries over salter, the "BBQ" jackfruit sandwich was actually pickled salted jackfruit and soggy bread. We sat across from a mother and daughter that had to turn back their food back and the food they received next they expressed was also horrible. We were told they have a new chef and they're working on the menu. The menu online doesn't reflect the menu in the restaurant so I believe this is the case. My friend who brought us here said the place is completely different from the last time she was there.

Such a cute place. Cozy with a pretty bar. Very friendly staff and the food was exceptional! All dishes are vegan and upscale. Great for date night but good enough to eat every night. Both the cauliflower steak and Brussels sprouts are amazing.

Recently visited Co Springs but high end resort had few vegan options so we ventured out to Moxie. Lovely creative menu and a substantial selection of wines. Fancy cocktails for the adventuresome. Our server was attentive but not overly so, we stayed a long time and didn’t feel rushed through the mountain sunset happening around us.

First time in Colorado Springs. Pleasantly surprised to find this gem. Wide variety of choices. My non vegan husband like his dinner so much we decided to come back for brunch the next day. Highly recommend fried zucchini, potato pirogies, fettuccine, corn chowder, and the eggplant muffuletta. Large portion sizes.

Delicious with fantastic views - Edit
Had the Lentil Fritters pita wrap and it was delicious! My only complaint would be that I wish the fritters were a little bigger. The sandwich comes with three small fritters and you run out of fritters before you run out of the pita and lettuce! The potatoes that come on the side were outstanding. On the weekends they have an impressive brunch menu!Highly recommend!

First time visiting the springs and had to try Moxie. Best decision hands down. The restaurant itself is big and nice, our server Sam was the nicest person ever! The food is decently priced, the only expensive thing on the menu was the perogies which were $18, but they were delicious and worth it! The zucchini fries were also nicely seasoned and so yummy!

Great job, Moxie!! - Edit
As the only vegan on our family reunion trip to Colorado Springs, I made a list of places to eat ahead of time. I was NOT disappointed. The steep incline of the driveway would be a lame reason to skip this wonderful dining experience. In my small group of five we ordered two house salads, lentil fritters, a beet burger, and lavender mint lemonade...9/10 thumbs up (lemonade wasn't a hit with the four year old). Staff, facility, food, and scenery was all around excellent ~ THANK YOU!!

Gourmet vegan food - Edit
Honestly it was so expensive (the pierogis were $18!!) but tasted so amazing. We got the zucchini fries, pierogis, cauliflower steak and tofu bahn mi and there was not a single thing wrong. The potatos were beautiful. The desserts sounded amazing but we were stuffed. The portions were massive. The only thing making it four stars not five was the price!!

Delish!! - Edit
We are campervanning for the week and did a quick search to find a vegan restaurant while passing through. We ordered the brussel sprouts, sweet potato fries, both soups, and the lentil fritters. Everything was amazing!! The parsnip soup was my favorite!! So good!! I need the recipe! Sweet potato fried might've been the best we've ever had and the lentil fritter was like a falafel wrap!! Two thumbs up all day!!

Really good! - Edit
Went on a Friday about 4:30 for early dinner. Brussel sprouts in tempura were delicous. The fettuccine was pretty good, had a flavorful wine sauce. Lentil fritter dish was good. Then finished with caramel apple tostada, which was alright, wasn't feeling the coconut whip cream on it though.

great vegan place - Edit
It's cute small and yet pretty large for the few people here on a Saturday night. The bartenders, and staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful. If you live good plant based food and spicy Bloody Marys this is the place. It's not hard to find and it's got a good parking lot! I will be coming here a lot for the rest of my business trip. I love the bar and high table options
