Mist is an immersive experience: tea, food, literature, and natural design flow together to provide unusual flavors and a discovery of the world. Menu offers dishes using mostly local and organic products. Serves organic teas from local farmers and from Taiwan. The signature dishes include curry tofu, lasagne, avocado salad, and udon noodles. No onion, garlic, or egg used. Became all-veg then fully vegan in 2019. Reported to sometimes close without warning, check ahead. MAY 2021 REPORTED SHUT BY OWNER.

Favorite Vegan Food in Prague - Edit
Everything about this place was amazing. The owner/chef is such a sweet, genuine person who chatted with us about the inspiration for the restaurant and how important quality, vegan food is to him. I am a huge tea drinker and there is nothing better than quality tea that is brewed with care! The dumpling soup was delicate and filling. You just feel good after eating this food and drinking the tea. Price is soooo reasonable for high quality, fresh ingredients that are often hard to find in the Czech Republic, especially in the winter.

The waiter (maybe the owner) was the highlight of our visit in Prague. He was so nice and open minded. He told us about the reason why they don't serve onions and garlic and so on. The food was the freshest we ever had, you could taste every single spice. All in all it was such a great experience to be there. Highly recommend it!

I can back the previous reviews, the food tasted great and authentic, the tea was excellent. The only flaw was that I got the main dish while still eating soup. And that the person serving the food wore sports trousers and shoes, felt a bit inappropriate.

We booked a table for our second year anniversary and it was perfect choice. The place has a unique atmosphere with stylish interior. And the food! Simple delicious and very creative, strong authentic taste. The place seems to be very popular among a local Asian community and there is no wonder why. This restaurant is perfect, proper Chinese food with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. I would highly recommend getting tea: the staff will perform a full Chinese tea ritual with real good tea.

Probably the best vegan food in Prague... - Edit
This week we visited the Mist for the first time and the food was incredibly delicious. I got Curry Tofu with jasmine rice and it was one of the best curries I have ever had (including Thailand) and I have been told that the other dish called Mist Curry Tofu is even better because it is made with home made curry (but I chose cheaper version). The restaurant is pretty expensive for average locals but I can tell it was worth it. It is vegetarian restaurant but most of the meals are vegan. Owner told us how the restaurant served meat in the past but in May 2019 they switched to vegetarian.
