Delicious vegan ice cream!

4-5 vegan options. Gluten free and vegan clearly marked. We had black and pineapple. Both delicious!

Vegan options

They had some interesting flavors instead of just sorbet, which I appreciated. My friend and I got one with banana and peanut butter. They also had a cherry cola flavor that looked interesting.

One annoying peeve

vegan ice cream which isn’t just sorbet. it was creamy and tasty, i had the Black and the Coconut. pretty expensive for two scoops. and even more expensive because a 17% service charge is added to each order so that this establishment can pay its workers a “higher and more equitable wage.”

what? pay them then! they go on to say that the customer is then not expected to tip, but that this service charge is not to be confused with a gratuity. it’s all very confusing. the end result is: tipping is no longer voluntary, and the management is charging YOU so they can give their employees a higher salary. poorly thought out, i’ll reconsider coming back here until you reconsider paying your employees adequately on your own, even if it means charging more for your product, which you can’t- no customer can rightly support such a price increase.

Pros: two delicious vegan flavors, a vegan caramel sauce!

Cons: priced high for what it is. , the 17% gratuity deal. then tax as well, again, the service charge. what a screw!

Sooo good

I really appreciated that although it's not a fully vegan ice cream shop, they did not lower the standard for their vegan options. SO creamy and SO delicious, and there were options beyond sorbet. The ice cream was pretty rich - I got 2 scoops and was glad I was sharing. I would definitely return. If you don't want an ice cream that is as sweet, I would to to crepe and spoon.

Pros: Great vegan options

Cons: A bit spendy , Might be too sweet depending on personal taste

Fun flavor combos

That is really their Jam, the combinations. They are really fun to switch up the toppings on their variety of vegan ice creams.

They usually have 2-3 vegan ice creams available. Inventive flavors. I loved the champagne ice cream.

Creamy Vegan Options!

They had more than two creamy vegan options. I got the PB vs Everybody (peanut butter banana and Oreo chunks). It was rich and delicious!

tasty and fun

What a fun little shop! My non-vegan friends readily chose the vegan flavors and thought they tasted great.

Not just sorbet for vegans

I hate frozen dessert shops, aka ice cream parlors, that offer vegan choices as sorbet, only. C'mon, parlor people, vegan isn't just for vegans - so many people can't tolerate lactose, so just please the people, and you'll succeed!

Case in point- Milkjam Creamery. There were 5 creamy vegan flavors and a couple of those sorbet things. I don't fear fat or sugar, so, I went all out and had 3 scoops of ice cream. The toasted coconut was not that exciting, but the doo woo (lychee and avocado) and black (famous, apparently- black colored chocolate ice cream) were delicious. There are milk shakes and also floats, to make a delicious menu even harder to choose from when waiting in line.... luckily, the lines tend to be long!

Will be back.... next time I'm in Minneapolis!

Pros: Vegan ice cream, Vegan floats

Cons: Not all vegan, Lines, Needs more vegan toppings

Awesome!!!

I love being able to go out for ice cream with friends...even if it is slightly spendy. They always have several vegan options and they are really really good. Expect long lines and minimal seating.

One of my favorite ice cream shops!

I love coming to Milkjam knowing that there will be at least 5 options to choose from. The line is usually pretty long but moves quickly. You can get samples, and there are a lot of toppings, too. I recommend Milkjam to everyone!

Pros: Taste, Quality, Variety

Cons: Long lines

Rich and Creamy Vegan Ice Cream!

I was surprised by how amazing this ice cream was! Vegan options are clearly labeled. I tried the hibiscus lemonade sorbet (super sweet!) and the Black chocolate flavor - so good! Worth the stop!

Pros: Delicious vegan ice cream, Variety of flavors

I mean...Wwwwow!

When you wait 45 in line doubt can creep in...rest assured the quality here is amazing! I loved/ has the hibiscus/ lemonade sorbet, Oreo pb and munchies flavor. I think it was called half scoops where you can get three scoops.

so creamy!

Today they were offering 6 different vegan flavors. 2 sorbets, not sure what the base is for the others but so creamy.

The cones are vegan but contain palm oil. They will be making their own cones soon but the current recipe has butter in it; they said they are going to experiment with vegan options so encourage people to ask each time they go in for now.

Small amount of seating - there's an opening to World Street Kitchen between the two.

Pros: vegan options!
