"Shojin", a traditional Japanese dish, has been added to the menu. It has been arranged in the style of MERCYVeganFactory. I think you will be very surprised. Delicious breads!!! - Edit
Finally a vegan option for the typical bakery style breads. I went on opening day and tried their Mayo corn, cinnamon roll, “batta” roll, and focaccia. Everything was DELICIOUS and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their options.
