As Good As Ever - Edit

Mellow Mushrooms are pretty consistent across the country, but for what it's worth, this one is good. Love that they have vegan options, love that they are a chain that knows what vegan is, love that they have tofu-tempeh-vegan cheese. Just a really nice option when you're traveling with veg-resistant people.

At this specific location I had excellent service and the standard good food. I usually get a tempeh sub with chips, it's always very filling and satisfying.

Pros: They know what vegan is, They carry tempeh and tofu!

Good vegan option - Edit

I was happy to find that they have vegan cheese that isn’t Daiya. We got a large pizza, Greek salad, and the hummus appetizer all of it vegan. The inside smelled strongly if cheese, was a bit dark and the music was loud but we sat outside and it was nice. The last person said there were limited vegan options, and while there aren’t many on the menus at first glance you can many many things vegan by asking for vegan cheese or tempeh as a replacement.

Good vegetarian options, limited vegan - Edit

I went based on reviews written six years ago. Since then they have gotten rid of the vegan menu. There is one menu and it has many vegetarian options. The pizza dough is not vegan. The staff were very understanding and prepared me a "Greek" salad without cheese that was very good. They also prepared a hoagie with hummus and a load of vegetables that was delicious.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options

Cons: Limited vegan options
