Great food and nice people!

We've been there few days ago, ordered a burger and a falafel wrap with home style fries. Owner welcomed us with tasty lemonade! They are located outside the center but food is delicious. They also work with Uber food so you can order and food will be delivered.

Pros: Great vegan options and owners attitude!

Cons: None!

Sweet place, nice choices

The prices are average and the food is good, good coffee too. I came back twice and enjoyed both times. It’s very small so if you’re going at a peak hour be warned.

Must go when in Split

Wonderful place for vegetarians and vegans (and if you just like to try something new). Tasty smoothies for 35 kuna. Black bean burger was excellent (75 kuna), plus you also get home made fries. Also took some fresh snacks with cacao, coconuts, cashews, dates, almonds etc (15 kuna each).
(Prices from July of 2018)

Awesome Food, Awesome Place & Allergy Aware

Found Marta's Veggie Fusion on Happycow and they are very allergy aware so great for people like me. Allergens like soya, mustard and gluten are written on the menus so easy to decide what to have, but staff are happy to advise on others.

The place is great and Marta is very friendly and helpful. I explained what allergies I had and all the information was relayed back to the chefs and dishes I ordered checked as to suitability.

I ordered falafel bowl with mix a la wok for my husband with a side of skin on fries to share. The food was faultless, very tasty, fresh and scrumptious and filling too. We ordered a tiramisu and lime cheesecake to take away as we were full after clearing our plates, packed separately as the cheesecake contained one of my allergens. The cakes eaten later sat on our balcony on our cruise ship with a cup of tea were fantastic.

Marta's is a must visit place for all vegans and highly recommended.

Pros: Vegan options, Great allergen information, Vegan cakes

Definitely go here! :)

UPDATE: We stayed in Split three nights aaannnddd came here all three nights! That beetroot burger is absolutely delicious. Might be my favorite vegan burger ever. Original Review: I'm so glad that this restaurant exists! Everything I tried was tasty, and I look forward to going back to try more. Highly recommend stopping by for a meal! Everything is vegan except for cow's milk for coffee, but this seems unnecessary as they have several plant milks available! :)
Here is what my husband and I ordered:
1) Bora Bora house-made iced tea (delicious and refreshing)
2) Fresh pressed juice (carrot, apple, orange, beet I think? Also delicious)
3) Curry (lots of chickpeas and veggies in a tasty curry sauce served with rice - I loved this! Such nice flavors and the perfect amount of food)
4) Beet burger and fries (WOW this was good. I only had a few bites of my husband's burger but it was so good I plan to get my own next time!)
5) Raw cakes - a slice of the lime, and a slice of the tiramisu (both were amazing!!! Some of the best desserts I've had while traveling through Europe)
The restaurant was a bit small inside but it would be worth the wait if all seats were taken 😊 We sat at the counter without a problem, and it was nice to watch the chefs cook in the small open kitchen surrounded by fresh, nicely-organized ingredients. Oh and they don't have/use plastic straws 👍👏 Overall, this is one of the best vegan meals I've had in Croatia and I hope you get to enjoy it as well!

Pros: All food is vegan (labeled GF options too), Delicious raw cakes, Open kitchen

Cons: Serves cow's milk :/, Could be all vegan without that!

Great place to grab a bite

Marta's is centrally-located in the labyrinth that is Diocletian's Palace. During the three days that I spent in Split, the restaurant was always packed in the evenings (likely due to small space/limited seating). Many parties shared tables with strangers. There is the option to take away your food and eat it nearby on the steps surrounding the Peristil. Despite the crowded atmosphere, I still came here twice for dinner. The entrees were tasty and the desserts were delicious, although the fries were a little undercooked both times. The beer selection was good and, as mentioned elsewhere, the restaurant is vegan *except* for cow's milk as an option for coffees and potential traces of dairy, etc. in the wraps used for burritos and falafel wraps. The staff was attentive but visibly flustered - glass was broken on both nights that I ate there.

Pros: tasty food, central location, food delivered quickly

Cons: limited seating

Classics with a twist

I thought that they offer quite random dishes like falafel, burrito and burgers. But when i tasted my beetroot burger platter (awesome that they offer patty without fries and bun but with veggies and salad) i was totally convinced of this place.
The beetroot burger was the best br burger i ever had. It was very juicy and rich in taste. The burrito plate was also very good.
Don‘t miss the amazing cakes! Tiramisu is my recommendation.
Place was very full in the evening, there was quite some queue!

Pros: Unique taste, Quick service, Dessert

Cons: Too few seats , Very busy

Vegan Food in the Center of Split

Realy liked to have a full vegan option in the Center of Split. We had the Falafel bowl and the Borritobowl. It was good and filling but nothing special in my opinion. We waited a bit to long for our food.

Pretty good place for food and coffee

Had a delicious raw cake and good coffee here. Seating is a little packed but not bad. Main meals (I didn’t have one) looked tasty. Everything was vegan but customers have the choice to have cow milk in their coffee. The constant loud-ish house music wasn’t troublesome, but perhaps the environment would be better if it were a bit more chill.

I recommend the place.
