So good!!!

Simple, fast and the taste was amazing! It's all vegan so you don't have to worry of asking in other languages if the product are vegan or not.
For me a life saver in my 3 days in Barcelona.

Pros: Fast , Easy , All vegan so you don't have to worry of asking

Very good

I had been to Maoz in London and it was good however this is much better. They practically just put a choice of hummus or babaganoush and falafel in the pita the rest is for you to fill up to your liking. Great

Great value for money!

Food can be expensive in Barcelona and in the final days of our trip we were looking for a cheap eat that would fill us up for the day.

Maoz was not only super affordable but ridiculously yummy. Really convenient if you're tight for money but also delicious in its own right.

Pros: Great price, The cauliflower!!, Quick service and English speaking

Cons: Super small so can get a little chaotic

Awesome place

Really awesome food. A ray of light in this touristy bit of town. Small and compact. The fallafel is incredible, the fries are surprisingly tasty and the help yourself toppings etc was amazing. Go try it for a quick, filling and tasty lunch.

Pros: all vegan, Inexpensive. Falafel pitta, fries and drink €8.40

Cons: To few seats, hard to eat on the street.

amazing service and yummy food

The people are really nice and friendly and have a fair knowledge of English. The food is really quickly prepared and also very very delicious. I got a meal and were full by the end of it, so it is also very fullfilling.

Awesome

All you can eat salad for €5.40! Didn’t include lettuce but the chickpeas and cauliflower were lush! 👌 just wish the bowl was bigger 😅

Convenient and great tasting

If you want to eat out for a nice sit down meal this place is obviously not for you. However it is extremely convenient if you can't find somewhere to eat/ want something more affordable/eating on the go/ eating at alternative hours etc. The food is also pretty good. We had the falafel pitta and then you can add on various salad items and sauces. The falafels themselves are really good and I also highly recommend their homemade chips. Really easy to find not far from liceu

Pros: Broad opening hours, Affordable , Convenient

Cons: Not space to eat in

Vegan fast food

Ate here twice in as many days. Both visits the staff were cranking out falafels made to order fresh. The staff were quick and efficient and helped the unenlightened politely (and quickly) explaining the ingredients and the process in Spanish, Catalan,French,English and German.

Pros: Fast, Delicious , Great staff

Cons: Busy for a reason

Best Barcelona Vegan!

Maoz is a FULLY VEGAN falafel shop with a fresh buffet style salad and pickles bar - they also have a great range of vegan mayos and sauces! Choose your pita and top it up with anything you choose! It’s a weekly lunch stop for me, tasty, filling and nutritious. The hardworking staff are very friendly and there’s always a delicious queue. Falafel pittas cost €5.40 

Pros: Fully vegan, Great service, Good value

Cons: Small, Few seats

Impressive hospitality

We were blown away by the kindness of the guy that works there. He was encouraging us all the time to fill more stuff in the bowl. He even gave us extra fries and falafels. It was a really nice experience. And the food was great!

Pros: Centric location, Friendly staff, Great food

Very good falafel

My favorite thing about this place is that it has an open salad bar with delicious options and you can fill your falafel up as many times as you want from it, the downside to this is that salads you assume that are vegan can easily be contaminated by non-vegan salads. Also, people use the salad utensils to put salad on their falafel(obviously) so most probably you come in contact with the oral productions of other people. :)

Another downside is that the place is pretty small.

The staff was very nice and the food was delicious, I recommend it.

Pros: Very nice staff, Acceptable prices, Delicious food and big portion

Cons: Small place

A veggie heaven to take away

This Maoz is located not far from La Rambla. I really liked the food, which is quite the same from a Maoz location to another. I took the eggplant and hummus supplement in my sandwich, and that was great! The veggie topping were varied and good. The staff is relatively efficient since the restaurant is often crowded. Quite only to take away since it is very small inside.

Pros: vegan options, great falafels, well located, affordable, generous portions

Cons: not 100% vegan, crowded, small

Na ja...

Nicht sehr gemütlich, da klein, kaum Platz & Sitzgelegenheit. Hummus, welcher im Pitabrot zu den Falafel gereicht wurde, war bitter im Nachgeschmack. Falafel waren aber super lecker...

Always a good place to get falafel

I like to get my falafel there, the quality is always good, price is ok for Barcelona, and the vegetables to fill the falafel with are mostly nice. It is small and crowded, which also means sometimes a bit dirty (specially due to the fact that everyone fills their falafel up with the free ingredients available, and then things keep falling down on the floor). Staff is changing and so is their attitude - sometimes very nice and friendly, sometimes exactly the opposite. As it is a place to grab your food and leave, cause there is usually no space to stay anyway, it doesn t matter either way.

Pros: good food , good value

Cons: very small and crowded

Delicious!

Great value meal deal - a filled pita with your choice of toppings from the salad bar, very tasty fries and a drink for under 10 euros. Very centrally located in a side street off La Rambla, the portions are generous and the food is fresh and yummy. Highly recommended for a cheap but good lunch.

Pros: Most menu items are vegan (check the sauces), Great value for money, Fries are amazing!

Cons: Small, cramped location, Not much seating for eating in
