It's a chain of little shops where you can buy falafel in bread and choose your toppings. It's not really heathy but easy, tasty and for Amsterdam not to expensive.

I really like the system that you get the bread and falafel and put the toppings on your own on it. They also have some vegan sauces like yogurt and mayonnaise! Good if you are on the way and need something good to eat for take away.

Loved this place I had to go back again for more! The toppings on the falafel were refillable and unlimited. Falafel was fresh and hot. And best prices in Amsterdam!!! All vegan and delicious.

On our last visit there was a large sign outside the damrak store saying vegan fast food. We checked inside and they confirmed that the only previous non vegan mayo was now made vegan. We had some with chips and it was delicious.

This is my absolute favourite place in Amsterdam. Literally everything is delicious and I am in love with their spicy salsa. My advice is to always go for the pita instead of the salad and then just eat the salad from your pita, as you don't get a free refill on your salad but you do on your pita.

This is falafels the way they make them in middle east. also babaganous(roasted eggplant salad. It is good value for the money. I am addicted, and my trick is to ask for only 3 falafel balls,(they offer you 6) so i can pile on the yummy salad in the whole wheat pita, then the amazing sauces in layers.

You get in the self serve salad selection; black and green olives, herbed cooked carrots, eggplant, cuscuss, onions, lettuce,tomatos, pickled vegs, cooked beets. the sauces are garlic, tahini,a hot red sauce and a groovie green sauce, and mayonase.
I hear that the french frys are pretty good ( i try to limit my grease). I tell you, you can not leave this stand hungry.
