Incredible vegan fine dining

We had a little search on Happy Cow before heading here and saw how cute the aesthetics were and the reviews of this place! On arrival, we were so so impressed by the staffs friendliness and the decor…. And then the food😍
The food was out of this world!! We had the mushrooms to start, a smooth creamy mushroom filling with a crispy coating, and the gyoza with kimchi and gochujang sauce - we were practically drooling over these two dishes alone!!
We then had the chicken parm burger and the beetroot tempeh smash- we couldn’t believe how much the latter resembled chorizo, down to the oil that came from the patty just like chorizo would!! The chicken parm was our favourite by far, with the added cheese too it was immense!!
We’ve told everyone we know about our experience and can’t wait to go back🫶

Pros: Flavoursome , Texture , Atmosphere

Great addition to the Canary Wharf scene

This restaurant is located in Wood Wharf which has a slightly more neighbourhood feel to it (relative to the rest of Canary Wharf). The venue has outdoor and indoor seating. Friendly staff great menu - the dishes are very good. My advice would be to avoid the burger if you’re looking for a very traditional burger experience. The small plates are great. Croquettes, tortellini and dumplings were the stars of the show.

Well worth a visit

Spacious across two floors with modern, upscale decor. Attentive and friendly staff. They were very much on the ball throughout our meal but then left us to enjoy ourselves after dessert. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, they didn’t manage us out after the 90 minutes allocation.
Menu matches the one in London Bridge s far as I can tell.
The passion fruit sacher torte was very chocolatey and rich, very nice. We also ordered the chai tres leche, but that was far too sweet and creamy for my taste.
The chicken parmigiana burger was a hit with both of us.
If you go in July 2023, make sure they give you the 30% off offer, we had to ask for it to be applied to the bill.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to the bill, so no need to tip and of course you can ask for it to be removed if you don’t want to pay it or didn’t get the service.

Absolutely delicious!

Me and my wife came here in the opening week and were very impressed! The restaurant is in a lovely spot by the water in Canary Wharf and has lots of seating spread across two floors, as well as outdoor seating. The decor is lovely and it has a luxury feel and ambience.

From the moment we arrived the staff were also super welcoming and friendly, and very attentive.

And the food itself is excellent! They have an extensive menu filled with creative, unusual and exciting dishes. I actually hadn't heard of a lot of the ingredients/dishes on the menu however, so I would recommend taking a look at the menu in advance to save you time researching in the restaurant!

For our starters we went for the ‘Sourdough, Onion Caramel Butter, Lapsang Salt’ and the ‘Shiitake Miso Croquettes, Pickled Shimeji, Shiso, Yuzu Mayonnaise’. The sourdough came with a very generous amount of the onion caramel butter which meant that I could properly layer it on the sourdough and really get to taste the flavour, which was delicious! The croquettes were also excellent with a lovely rich taste complemented by the lovely sweet mushrooms and sauce that came with them. The texture was also phenomenal, they just melted in my mouth, so good!

For our mains my wife went for the ‘Roast Pepper Sweet Potato Laksa, Rice Noodles, Five Spice Tofu’ and I went for the ‘Chick’n Parmesan Burger, Caesar Mayonnaise, Romesco, Pickles, Caperberries, Slaw, Fries’. I didn't taste the Laksa as my wife said it was spicy but she loved it. However I did try the tofu and I was impressed with how crispy it was. My burger was also delicious! The flavour was so good and I really enjoyed the crispy chick’n patty. I also chose to add cheese and I'm glad I did as it was lovely and melty and definitely enhanced the flavour for me. You also get to choose between regular fries or root fries. I went for the latter and they were tasty and a good sized portion.

For dessert we got the ‘Crème Brûlée, Anise Cherries, Lemon Snap’ and the ‘Passion Fruit Sachertorte, Chantilly, Apricot Passion Mendiant’. Again they were both excellent! The Sachertorte was dense and rich and a nice big slice, I loved it! The passionfruit sauce that came with it also provided a delicious sweetness that complemented the richness of the cake really well.
The crème brûlée was also delicious and really enjoyable with the lemon snap and cherries adding to the flavour.

We loved our experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend a visit!

Pros: Attentive and friendly staff, Lovely ambience and decor, Delicious and creative food
