Flavours good but noodles and topping were lacking - Edit
We were seated quickly as a party of 2 and we didn't have to wait long. I got the vegan tonkotsu. The broth was really nice and full of flavour. If it wasn't for the broth, this meal would score a lot lower. There were 3 strips of "This isn't bacon" which was nice and generous as well as lots of spring onions. However, the other toppings were lacking. The menma was delicious but there was only one full piece and then a tiny slither as well as one piece of bok choi. The noodle portion was generous BUT they were definitely overcooked and lacked any chew. The noodles really let the ramen down so unless they can improve those I really wouldn't recommend this place despite the delicious broth.

Cons: One piece and a slither of menma, One piece of bok choi, Overcooked noodles

Improvement - Edit
They’ve deffos listened to feedback and produced better options (last I checked it was a ramen with chunks of uncooked tofu). I had the black garlic ramen (which comes with THIS bacon) and extra tofu. Really enjoyed it, noodles had a nice bite to them. Dog friendly if you sit outside too.

Ramen - Edit
Not that many vegan options! And the ramen I had was originally a beef option but they changed the broth for me!
Read moreThe first ramen didn't have any tofu so was a little underwhelming.
However the other one was one of the best ramens I've ever had! Really recommend it and the staff were very friendly and helpful! So I would ask if they recommend making the other options vegan.
Pros: The broth was so lovely
Cons: Not many vegan options

Meh - Edit
Vegan ramen is watery and tasteless. They use a rice noodle instead of a wheat noodle. But , The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly.
