Extremely Delayed Gratification - Edit
After literally years of nearly orders, and much anticipation, I finally took the plunge and placed an order. Due to the obscene amount of time it had taken me to do so, there was a high likelihood that whatever I got wouldn’t live up to expectation, and while there were almost inevitably a few items that fell short, there were those that managed to achieve the nigh on impossible and actually excel.

The dark chocolate digestive, the double chocolate cookie and the chocolate caramel pecan cookie ranged from disappointing to forgettable; still inherently edible, but not a particularly pleasurable treat. Now the winners: all the rest! There were champions among champions however, the kanafa krunch chocolate peanut butter cup and the pecan pie bar streaking ahead of the impressive field of competitors. Also, even though I painstakingly chose each item, I was still surprised by the range of fillings, textures and flavours across the selection of items that I got.
I can pretty much guarantee that it won’t me so long to notch up my second order as it did the first.
