I'd disagree with the review saying to disregard this restaurant if you're vegan!...I've been vegan for 15 years and going to Louis for almost as long!...I'd recommend: 1) tofu scramble number 1 with dry italian toast with french fries or soup subsituted for the home fries, 2) spinach or broccoli pie with grilled veggies on top and sauce on the side 3) grits or oatmeal with fresh fruit

They have a few things. I had the tofu scramble which was a large portion as well as the vegetable hash. They also have oat milk and dairy free margarine. The place is not visually appealing, but the food was good. They have vegan pancakes as well.

Not what i was expecting - Edit
Despite the bad reviews of this place I wanted to give it a try anyway. At first glance, this place looks like a typical open floor diner with friendly staff and somewhat clean layout. I seated myself and ordered a cup of coffee with almond mike which came almost cold (probably has been sitting for a while). I still wanted to be somewhat of a daredevil and order some food after a cold coffee. I ordered the vegan pancakes and asked for the vegan butter, which was decent, I also got the Tufo scrambled with home fries and toast. The tofu didn't have flavor (just turmeric and few small veggies), and the home fries was the worst I ever had (sliced like coins and grilled), some were still not cooked all the way through. The reason why I would not be revisiting this restaurant is, they cooked everything on the same grill, along with meat, eggs, and cheese. I don't have a food allergy to meat, dairy or eggs, however, if you advertise vegan food it should be vegan foods (that is not touching any meat dairy or eggs).
