Good Vegan Restaurant - Edit
So nice to walk into a restaurant and not have to study the menu with a microscope! Everything vegan - great lunch specials. Affordable, centrally located. My only complaint is the atmosphere - the acoustics are terrible. I'm a little hard of hearing and cannot carry on a conversation here if at all crowded. I used to go to vegan meetups here but don't anymore because of this. Also, the AC seems to be rather warm. If they could put in some noise absorbing flooring or walls, I would go a lot more often and give a higher rating.

Great! - Edit
The food is ah-mazing and the service is good considering there is hardly anyone in there most of the time. Very quite and mellow place, wish it had music or something. Great place for people who aren’t vegan to go and try an all vegan cuisine

We were passing through this town and thankfully found Lotus on Happy Cow. Driving by without Happy Cow we probably would not have stopped but were so pleasantly rewarded with awesome food, friendly staff and clean interior.

75+ Vegan options!! - Edit
I have never been to a Restaurant like this. 75 plus Vegan options!!! Just that many Vegan options in one place earn the Lotus Vegan Restaurant 5 Stars. Also Khoa was very nice and let me plug in my small electric scooter to recharge. Nice discussion. Clean Place. Great food. Saturday Lunch buffet. I went on Wed. night. I am going back for the Saturday Lunch buffet. I returned after the first review, everything was great for the all you can eat buffet, and affordable at $16.04!

Great all-vegan menu! - Edit
Lots of Vietnamese dishes, along with other offerings like burgers. In our group, the rice dishes were outstanding, but the impossible burger and the soba noodle dish were a little dry. Delicious drinks - highly recommend the Thai iced tea & Vietnamese iced coffee.

Great Affordable Vegan Food with a Ton of Variety! - Edit
Wow, probably one of the best vegan restaurants we've ever been to! We ate here while visiting my sister (she's not vegan). She really enjoyed the food!
Read moreThere are several local vegan restaurants in Tampa and we've visited quite a few. Many of which are much more expensive. This was definitely our favorite restaurant in the area. We couldn't believe the variety this restaurant had. They had the impossible burger, beyond sausage, several Asian dishes, variety of drinks and desserts. The menu was super affordable and extremely extensive. The interior is minimal but very clean. It seemed to be a restaurant set up similar to Loving Hut.
We did see that during the week they have select meals for $6.99 during lunch. It is super affordable!
Honestly we cannot say enough about this place. If you are in the area or not sure about stopping by, please do, you won't regret it!
Some of our favorite dishes :
Mozzarella Sticks: OMG amazing!
Impossible Burger: Delicious
Beyond Sausage: So good, flavorful
Thai tea: delicious but a tad sweet
Vietnamese Coffee: Good but the coffee was a bit strong
We really wish would have been able to try more during our visit.
Parking : Good sized parking lot
Pros: Super Affordable, Especially Lunch Specials $6.99, Variety of food: burgers to Asian dishes, Everything was delicious

I wish I lived next door! - Edit
my fiance and I are visiting the area from West Palm Beach Florida. Their menu has so many amazing food options to choose from! vegan or not you're going to love the food here. I was absolutely blown away by how incredible their seitan is and after asking I found out they make it all there. you can taste and feel the difference, it was the best I've ever had. I so appreciate the love this business puts into their food. I had a delicious freshly squeezed juice that I loved as well! we took dessert back to the hotel and loved our treats. If I lived in the area I'd be going here multiple times a week for sure 👍👍

Disappointing. Went tonight due to all the good reviews. Despite it being during the posted open hours the doors were locked and dark inside with no indication as to why.

Lotus Vegan Restaurant in St. Pete the Best - Edit
I have been a vegan since January 2018. So it is new. I have gone around trying find the best vegan restaurants. But this place is amazing. They make burgers, wraps, noodles, and vegan wings. They have bakery items. They do not use MSG. At least that is what they told me. They have much more on the menu. Look them up online yourself. This will definitely become a regular eatery of yours once you try it.

Worth a short drive - Edit
Worth the 20 minute trip from our vacation home on Indian Rocks beach. After scrounging around for suitable food options, it was so nice to go to a vegan restaurant. The atmosphere is casual, with older decor tables and mismatched silver wear. Deserts are served in plastic. This isn't a fancy restaurant. But the food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the wonton soup. The spicy noodle soup was okay. The Kung poa nugget was good, but not at all like authentic kung poa spice. It was sweet enough my toddler ate some of it. We had a delicious green smoothie that my toddler loved, and too very sugary desserts that both tasted great (though my preference is for healthier desserts). I would visit again.

We’ve decided that we’ll need to come back and try everything on the menu! Can’t wait for the next buffet dat! We started with the Vegan Cheese Sticks then moved on to the Aulac Sub (Banh Mi), Chow Mein Noodles, and the Sweet & Sour Divine. All were delicious!

Unexpected find! - Edit
Based on previous reviews, we stopped in on our way through the area. What a treat! The menu was unexpectedly extensive, and everything sounded delicious. We settled on some basics: spring rolls, vegan nuggets, wonton soup and stir fried vegetables. Each item was well prepared and good tasting. The service was prompt and very polite, and the soft music playing added to the serene environment. We will return if ever in the area again.
