Not a lot of choices, but really yummy! - Edit
Cute cafe located on a side street of Glenwood Springs! There's not a lot of completely vegan options, but some of the vegetarian options are easily made vegan. The food we had was delicious! We both went with a couple of their grain bowl options and the presentation and taste were on point!

When I asked the staff about vegan options, I got clear, confident responses, so they seem to understand the needs of vegans. They also claimed to have a separate, non-meat grill for roasting tofu and veggies.

Went here for both lunch and breakfast. Vegan cheese for the pizza was awesome! Breakfast veggies plate with delicious tofu and vegan mayonnaise sauce.

We had the veggie plate for breakfast, it was delicious. But the menu didn’t have clearly labeled food, or many breakfast options that looked vegan or veganizable without removing 1/2 the ingredients.

This is a little coffee shop that has a food menu with multiple vegan options. My experience here was mixed - the woman at the counter wasn’t super helpful as she didn’t quite understand what it means to be vegan. However, after consulting the Happy Cow app, I was able to order with confidence. Ultimately I had a vegan miso bowl and it was quite delicious.

We saw this restaurant on the app as we were passing Glenwood Springs, and chose to stop by for lunch. Happy to share that it was filled with locals, and they had a few options for me to choose from. The vegan potato pastry was delicious and the vegetable plate was very filling. I had an iced chai tea with soy milk and it was very bland. If you’re vegan, you’ll find something here.

There are two pizzas you can order vegan but they remove several toppings and don’t really make up for it. The pizza is okay but nothing great.

We came here twice while visiting Glenwood Springs because it was the only place that seemed to have a truly vegan breakfast option. The owner is apparently vegan and has been for 20 years. Hopefully they’ll get some more vegan options!

Stopped here after visiting the Iron mountain hot springs. I ordered a veggie wrap and subbed the meat for tofu and vegan cheese (for a small charge). It was delicious!! The tofu was seasoned wonderfully and was very flavorful, also came with chips. The rest of my group (all meat eaters) ate the egg sandwich and burrito and loved them. Great stop for a mixed group of eaters

Best vegan options in town - Edit
We came to Glenwood for a long weekend and ended up going to local twice! They have the best vegan food in the town. There’s multiple options as far as bowls and pizzas. They can sub vegan cheese on any pizza. Highly recommend a bowl or salad with tempeh, it was super flavorful and perfectly cooked. We made our own pizza and got the Dino and miso bowls, all amazing. We got our second bowls to go for the train which worked out perfectly. It’s order at the counter service so casual, but a clean and stylish place. They serve lots of drink options including alcohol. Be aware winter hours close at 2.

We were just visiting Glenwood Springs for a day and being a small mountain town we were worried about our options. This place must be new because they weren't on Google maps yet but we're glad we stumbled upon it. We shared a pizza with vegan cheese, most of their pizzas are aimed at meat eaters but they were very accommodating in our substitutions and the pizza turned out great. Highly recommend this place! I want to return one day for a grain bowl.
