Incorporates 3 concepts, based on high-quality organic and locally sourced ingredients: the restaurant menu is inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, while the pizza dough is freshly prepared every day with an mix of Italian gluten-free flours, for a more digestible alternative. Sushi chefs combine fine quality ingredients with artistic flair. Specialities include potato gnocchi with cashew cheese, pepper and truffle, pumpkin flowers with almond ricotta, cashew mozzarella, capers, mint and peas cream, and spicy agave syrup, and "Milanese" oyster mushroom cutlet with saffron mayo. Reservations recommended. Open Mon-Sat 12:00-15:00, 19:00-23:00.

I was very excited about visiting here & I wasn’t disappointed. The charcoal focaccia was the best bread I’ve had since being diagnosed as coeliac by far - even my gluten eating & bread loving husband was impressed. The risotto was divine and the tiramisu light & fluffy. Just wish we were in Milan longer so could visit again to try more items on the menu!

We visited Linfa on a weekend trip to Milan. We booked the latest possible lunch time slot and we arrived a bit late but the staff still let us dine even though the kitchen was about to close.

Wahnsinn, solche Pomodoro Spaghetti habe ich noch nie gegessen - unendlich cremig, jede Gabel ist ein Genuss. Zum Dessert kann ich Sacher empfehlen, ein schokoladiger Genuss. I only tried the delivery service, still there are a lot of restrictions due to covid19 and didn't feel like seating. However, the atmosphere is really nice, an elegant place with an awesome dehors.
