Delicious food just a bit hectic place - Edit
The food is very very tasty, but the place is super busy (good for them :)). The system is a bit odd to me, you have to queue then pick your food then queue again then pay and then find seating and then wait for your food (it arrived fast afterwards).

Good food - Edit
Came here three times on our trip because it was so close. Got grain bowls, smoothie bowls, and soups and everything was good and filling. Drinks were awesome and not too sweet too. The blue one was my fave

Cute café - Edit
I had the PB&J Acaí Bowl which was yummy. The staff welcomed me very friendly and helped me politely with my questions.
Read moreThe interior inside is wow. Sooo lovely. But I couldn‘t sit in there as it was way too cold. Especially when eating something frozen. Its nice they have outside seating but could be more cosy and welcoming fitting to the inside. Street is quiet noisy.
The restrooms are clean and all gender 👍🏼🌈 and also have a cute design.
Free water out of glas bottles and so cute glas jars to drink from.
I wish people would use the chance to sit back and unwind while eating in and not using take away plastics. I even watched people who sat down to est but had theor foods as take away. Wrapped in paper and plastic. What for? I wish everybody would care a bit more and at least use those rare chances to cut down their single use plastics and also packaging of all sorts.
Owner could brief staff to inform people and encourage them by information. So easy to do. Also put recommendation on the menue. It‘s organic but the take away containers are not environmentally friendly. You could also encourage people to bring their own containers and give a 10% discount if they do so. Or invent something for your frequent customers as a benefit.

Great options - Edit
Would say this is somewhere you can come in Boston and get good healthy food.
Read moreWe had a falafel and hummus plate which was huge, shiitake and tofu bowl which had lots of leaf, maybe too much.
I had the tofu ramen which was good but you could tell it was all prepped and put together rather that cooked from scratch. The tofu was cool in the middle even though it was in steaming broth and the noodles were all stuck together, still tasty though.
Booch rocked.

Absolutely amazing - Edit
Life alive is one of the most vegan friendly and reliably delicious eateries I’ve ever frequented. It’s conveniently located in Boston and Cambridge and all the dishes I’ve tried are delicious. Their peanut noodles, udon dish, and all smoothies are incredible. I recommend this to anyone who is in Boston and looking for vegetarian or vegan eats!

Really good food and great selection. I personally think that the watermelon poke was a little too sour but everything else was great I recommend the soups and smoothie/smoothie bowls.

Almost Raw-Based - Edit
True to its name, it’s an organic cafe! The spicy peanut ramen is good, but most of it is veggie-based and is not very substantive. Even with added tofu ( 2.00), it was a sad portion size. The food was good and some of the spices were there as well. We ordered ahead and arrived at our scheduled time, but it must have been ready much sooner as the bee pollen smoothie was almost entirely melted

Awesome bowls! - Edit
Fresh, healthy bowls or that are super delicious, made to order, and can be customized. I always keep their menu on hand to duplicate these recipes at home. This is a small chain location (I’ve been frequenting Cambridge for years) and was thrilled to see them expand into Boston.

Tasty food - Edit
Tasty food with a ton of vegan options. The Thai Peanut Sutra was a big portion. Place is a madhouse at lunch rush hour so best to order ahead online. Great to see a place like this thriving, especially with a well-known Vegan chain next door.

Great vegan choices - Edit
Had a great visit when I had the good luck to stumble across this cafe. I’m a vegetarian who leans vegan as much as possible, and I was happy to have so many vegan choices. I had a grain bowl with greens, legumes, broccoli, avocado, tofu and a lemon tahini sauce, as well as the golden milk (turmeric and ginger) coconut creme latte. I thought the portion size was slightly small for the cost, but the food was really delicious and there are so many other choices, I’ll probably go again during my visit to the city.

Delicious and wholesome - Edit
This location seems to be the busiest of the live alive locations by far, so it might be worth sitting and deciding on your order while holding a table. Although it is busy with people the food is very prompt and brought right to you. The noodle bowls are massive and delicious and the cold brew was creamy and just right. The decor is bohemian and well done with many interesting books.
