Vegan restaurant located in front of Retiro Park, since summer 2016. Offers a nice dining atmosphere and serves vegan cuisine as well raw food and raw dessert. Gets very busy in the evening so reserve ahead to ensure seating. Reported closed February 2024.

It was the best experience we ever had with a vegan restaurant. The service was unbelievable good, makes you feel like in a Michelin restaurant.

The starters were nice (we had the falafel, the asparagus and the brochetas) but the main dishes (lasagna, pasta, crêpe) and the desserts (cheesecake and chocolate vanilla cake) were incredible

- El servicio es amable, atento y profesional. Además, te explican los platos al traértelos a la mesa.
- Manejan los tiempos entre platos de una forma perfecta.
- Los platos están deliciosos, estás deseando ver con que te sorprenderán en el siguiente.
- El ambiente del restaurante es muy agradable.
- Cuidan cada mínimo detalle tanto en los platos como en el trato.
- Los cuadros de uno de los ambientes de restaurante, 4 mujeres cada una con un animal diferente, son verdaderamente preciosos.
Nosotros tomamos: 3 Sushis, Crepe relleno, Papillote de setas y la tarta Ramiro, todo fue un espectáculo para el paladar.
También tomamos la limonada, nada fuerte, riquísima.
Sin haber probado el resto de platos de la carta estoy segura de que cualquiera de ellos sería una buena elección.

Restaurante crudivegano de alta cocina, excelente para ir a celebrar los momentos especiales porque nunca defraudan. Pedimos el entrante de Perú y fue una mezcla de sabores impresionante, la lasaña crudivegana y el sushi (que no lleva arroz) muy rico todo. Increible las tartas Ramiro y la de chocolate con un toque de naranja muy recomendable. La comida es de gran calidad, los camareros muy amables y atentos, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y la ubicación inmejorable ya que está enfrente el parque del retiro. Sin duda mi restaurante favorito de Madrid.

Food very tasty and well elaborated. We were 3 people and asked for 3 entrees to share: Veggie Rolls with a gorgeous violet cashew sauce as tasty as the one with the appetizer, Julie Salad with a wonderful ricotta macadamia cheese and vinaigrette, and cassava profiterols that surprised as in a very good way with perfect cooked potatoes and beautiful sauces.
As mains we had lasagna, the star of the house that did not dissapoint, quinoa and red beans burger with very tasty 'meat' and the Hortobagyi rolls like crepes made of buckwheat and stuffed with soy...very nice too.
For desserts we tried the Carrot Cake, Ramiro Cake was a fig cheesecake which could not notice the fig and Double Dark Chocolate Cake, all delicious!
For drinks I had the Body juice that was perfect!
The only 'but' I could say a bit pricy, but you cannot complain at all when the food, service and ambience are simply PERFECT in front of the Retiro.
Thanks to the team! I really enjoyed it!
I absolutely recommend it and of course I will be back asap.

This place is surely great for fine dining, a candle light dinner, etc.. but I was not so happy with the food. We had the Julie salad which was small but good. Then we ordered the lasaña and the filled crepe but did not like it very much. It is probably great if you like crudi vegan food a lot but not so much for us.

The lasagna was the star! Soooo incredibly good. Was next level!!! I’ve had raw lasagna before and hated it - this was different in every way! The juices were also amazing. The appetizer was good the one with mushrooms and pesto. Loved this place a lot . Probably need reservations !!!

Perfect after a walk in the Retiro park - Edit
I loved this restaurant just outside the Retiro park. It has both cooked and raw vegan options. The menu is not huge but it is very classy, a sort of vegan haute cuisine. They revisit dishes from different traditions, we had the Hungarian Hortobágyi Palacsinta and the sushi, both very good. We ended up our meal with a shared dish of Besos de fresa, a very special and unique dessert. Everything we had was delicious and out of the ordinary and I can surely recommend to eat here at least once for the food and their attentive service.
