High quality organic vegan food - Edit
I love the fact that each day I go there there's a different offer in the menu, I don't need to choose because the chef creates a different dish every day😄the food is seasonal and organic, 100% vegan. The place is also very cozy and staff is friendly.

So Delicious - Edit
We got a card with drinks and they served “food of the day”. Never had so well-tasting food before. It was so great. I Definitely recommend it and we go there myself when I am in Brussels next time.

Best plant-based lunch of Brussels so far - Edit
I stumbled upon 4 jeudis unexpectedly at lunch time. Unfortunately it was already full but it was still possible to take out. And I was stunned by the daily course. So many flavors and colors in one single dish. I would not be able to say exactly what I got (as the dish of the day changes consistently) but I can say that it was delicious. I defy anyone to say that plant-based food lacks taste after that!

Pros: Local products, Very tasty
Cons: Can be busy (so reserve!)

Perfect brunch - Edit
For the brunch in the weekends you can chose between a sweet or a savory (or a mixed) plate. I took the savory plate and it was amazing!!

Only one plate; but it's so good! - Edit
The menu is rather short: a main and a dessert which change practically all the time.
Read moreThey post them in advance on their Facebook page, in case you want to check before going.
On the day we visited they had a plate consisting of red kidney bean balls, a millefeuille of potatoes and celery root, roasted vegetables, a carrot cream and a mustard/tarragon sauce.
As dessert, we had an orange/apricot cake with vanilla cream.
The food was delicious, everything was perfectly cooked.
The service was also friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.
Note that they have started to do a brunch on the weekends, so hopefully you will have more chances to pay them a visit. Personally, I'd certainly go again next time I'm in Brussels!
Pros: yummy, good value, welcoming

Very tasty restaurant. They change their offer on a daily basis. Gluten free, organic. The staff is friendly (maybe one more waiter could help speeding up a bit the service). I wish the list of ingredients used were displayed.

Gourmet Style lunch - Edit
They serve a dish of the day which was healthy, creative and a taste explosion - without the need to promote a „fancy“ assortment of superfoods. Mostly local and seasonal ingredients. Good variety of teas in a homy atmosphere.

Absolutely loved this establishment. We both had the warm meal (the menu was in French but my gcse level French was adequate) it was absolutely gorgeous! I had the dessert after which again was lovely. It was a little expensive but for the quality we probably would have paid more.

AMAZING food, not the best service - Edit
We came in towards the end of their lunch rush, barely got a table, and proceeded to not be served for about 15 minutes. They only offer one hot plate and one salad a day, plus desserts, so it’s fortunate that we liked all the food. The food itself was absolutely fantastic, I could eat it all day, but unfortunately the poor service continued. They served our food without providing flatware, and then no one could be found when we tried to pay the bill. Like literally, there weren’t any staff members in the restaurant, it was super weird.

Nice food, long wait though - Edit
One can choose a cold starter and a plat du jour (combined cheaper as a menu).
Read moreFood was OK, varied, healthy.
I made a reservation beforehand, which was necessary. Saw several patrons turned away because it was full.
Very friendly service, but 45 minutes wait between the starter and main dish was way too long. Several people who came in after us had already been served their main dish and we were still waiting ...
Not accessible, and rather crowded, loud. There are two restaurant rooms - the main room where one enters, and then a smaller room at the back with a handful of tables a few steps down.
Pros: healthy food, varied plat du jour, very friendly , cheap
Cons: not accessible, comfort, long wait

Great! - Edit
Fully vegan, organic, seasonal, and gluten-free food, including the cakes.
Read moreIf you visit Brussels, this is the ONE place to come!
The single menu (starter and main) changes daily but is quite repetitive (that everlasting vegetable millefeuille…) Though, we give them five stars because of their social side: most of the workers are there as a part of a psychosocial reintegration program.
Closed in the evening (the building’s owner refuses).
Booking is highly recommended.
Pros: Tasty, Take-away available, The social project ❤️
Cons: Opening hours, Dishes are always quite the same

Divine ! - Edit
Absolutely wonderfully crafted food. Refined & delicate. There's only one daily menu with a first & a main course, but it's so tasty it doesn't matter, and it helps with fast & efficient service. This place is popular & quite small so you might want to book in advance, and it gets very noisy while you're eating.

nice lunch - Edit
Last week we had a very nice lunch at Les 4 Jeudis. Luckely we made a reservation because the place was full (it was on Wednesday). They only have one menu (1 starter, 1 main corse) which changes daily so there is not much choice but it was really delicious. There are a few desserts you can choose and they were also delicious.

My favourite in Brussels - Edit
Even though I live close to this restaurant, it took me a while to realise this place exists because I never saw there was a restaurant there as it's often closed due to its limited hours. I try to go as often as possible because the dishes are so good and fresh. There is a set daily menu, so you can't really choose, but the dish is delightful, fresh, balanced every time. As the portions are a bit small, I do recommend ordering the salad and the dish. I'm not thrilled they sell filtered tap water-but oh-well. I took my friend visiting me in Brussels once, and the impression it left on him was so good, I think it was a positive influence on him moving to Belgium-after years of living in the UK--broccoli that was perfectly cooked was a marvel. I never met or took anyone to this place who was not delighted. It's simply the best vegan place in brussels.

Lovely place - Edit
First of all, Les 4 jeudis looks nice, a bit like a living room. It's in a quiet street but in the city center, close to all the EU offices.
Read moreThey only do one meal each day, so you don't get to choose what you eat. The big advantage of this is that your food arrives very quickly!
The food was quite good, a wel-balanced plate of different vegan dishes. The butternut sauce was especially tasty. We ate everything and enjoyed it very much.
Too bad I'm not in Brussels that often... The only downside here is that they don't do dinner.
Pros: Tasty, Cosy, Affordable
Cons: No dinner, Only a small selection of drinks
