Nothing special - Edit
Vegan options were pretty limited, there was the soup of the day, a couple of bowls, avocado tartine and a hazelnut flute. There are also many vegan sides, which are probably good, because the duxelles de champignons was but overpriced for the portions €4.50 for a tiny bowl of it. The hazelnut flute was really dry. The soup was pretty nice though and good value and comes with bread.

Tasty pastries - Edit
They had 2 vegan pastry options - hibiscus croissant and a cinnamon swirl. Both were delicious. We also got a baguette from here which was lovely. Seemed reasonably priced.

Tasty convenient breakfast - Edit
Was travelling with a non vegan so le Pain was a perfect place for a meal we could both eat. The hibiscus croissant was delicious and the breakfast option with breads and jams was lovely.

Perfect coffee time - Edit
I took the Hibiskus croissant and the cinnamon roll plus a café au lait with oat milk to go and had a wonderful Picknick in the park nearby. All tasted really nice, especially the cinnamon roll I liked very much. The croissant is kind of red because of the Hibiskus layer, but in my opinion it tastes like a "normal" croissant. I payed around 9 to 10€ in total for all 3 items. The place inside looked nice if you want to sit and spend time in the café (with seats inside and outside). The people there were friendly, but the woman on the counter didn't know what I mean with "vegan croissant" (she asked her colleague). But outside the café you can read the menu and vegan options are clearly marked.

Délicieux! - Edit
I really liked this restaurant. The vegan croissant was the best! They also had coffee with vegan milk. The main dish (a veggie bowl) was very dense but it still tasted very good.

More vegan options than previously - Edit
Was pleasantly surprised to see more vegan options than I've seen in the past/at other Pain Quotidien locations, from warm meals (like lentil dahl) and sandwiches (like the "rainbow tartine") to viennoiseries (vegan croissants, chocolate twisters, blueberry muffins!) & patisseries (vegan moelleux au chocolat). It looks like there's something for vegans for any time of the day and all hot drinks can be prepared with plant-based milk as well.

Not much in this area. I really appreciate the numerous options. Reasonable price. Muffin is delicious and sandwich is filling enough.
