amazing burgers

I tried the carrot burger and it was absolutely delicious, I didn't try any of the other burgers but they all looked pretty good quality. Was also cool to eat in a little food truck complex, the atmosphere was definitely giving good vibes

Too Salty

I tried the seitan burger, it was quite delicious but the patty was very salty. But willing to try the other ones

delicious burgers

Very tasty burgers, I recommend the coated and the seitan burgers. The care is filled with melted vegan cheese and is great for whoever likes cheesy burgers, the seitan has the closest taste to a real meat burger and it's even quite hard to tell it's seitan. Prices all right, around 5 euros for a burger. The place has WiFi. There are 6 options of burgers to choose from

tasty and retro!

This place is in a food garden, it's fast food mainly burgers. They have platters, but we didn't have that.

As i am on a no onion / garlic diet and vegetarian. It's hard for me to find good food. However this is really nice. My wife had the carrot burger and I had the sweet and sour. Hers was better then mine.

Defo worth a visit when I come come back to Budapest.

good food!

I got the coated burger, which was filled with vegan cheese in the middle. Not my favorite thing, it was too cheesy, made me wish I had tried another burger. Kind of disappointed I only had three options to choose from, the rest of the burgers sold out that day. I had their lemonade which was nice; their fries were amazing. I got the curry sauce, but I bet the garlic one is better! In a cute little area with a bunch of food trucks, good place to have a beer after :-)

las vegans food and place

I love their food very much. The prices are good or bit expensive.
They have hamburgers and plates too. They give recyclable forks and knife from wood.
The detox water is also fine.

Pros: extradelicious :), credit card and cash also, take away or eat there

Cons: other not vegan food trucks next to it, no selective trash collectors, lot of people smoke there

tasty

I had the coated cheeze burger and it was delicious. Don't bother with the homemade lemonade though, doesn't taste anything like lemonade.

Good fries

Their fries was impressive. We only went because it was the only vegan place open that late. There are better veggie burgers in Budapest, but it was definitely worth it :)

soy burger with melted cheese experiment

We wanted to combine the two patties - soy burger and breaded cheese - and we managed although the price of the burger went up a lot... however the taste of the soy patty was average. We expected an overall flavor explosion and it was just normal. The cheese was saving it though...

Pros: flexible staff, good portions

Cons: not very flavorful

fab fries and lemonads

Friendly staff who spoke English. Located in a lovely courtyard with lots of street food vendors (off the road listed as the location on here!), which has free WiFi.
I had the Indian burger and really wasn't impressed. Average burger with a sauce I didn't like at all. Cooked freshly though, and I might've enjoyed one of the other burgers. The chips (like tasty potato wedges) and homemade lemonade are worth the visit alone!

Pros: staff, chips, lemonade, vegan, WiFi, location

Cons: didn't like the burger very much, not the cheapest

Tasteful

I had an "Indian burger" that was very different from all the burgers I've had before but in a positive way. Very tasteful and filling but expensive. Great location.

Las Vegan's... hehe

Pros: Tasteful, Location

Cons: Expensive

The best burger!

The seitan burger was fantastic! The person who worked in the truck was not very nice which makes my rating lower.

Late night vegan

Las Vegan's burgers are the perfect accompaniment for a night out on Kacinczy street. We worked up an appetite after hanging out at Szimpla Kert for a while, so we stopped by Las Vegan's for a cheese + eggplant burger. It was unreal. The cheese was gooey and melty and fried to crispy perfection, and it was complemented amazingly by the onion jam and eggplant.

After demolishing the burger in a matter of seconds, we returned to Szimpla for more revelry. But we couldn't get Las Vegan's off of our minds, so we returned again at the end of the night. To our pleasant surprise, Las Vegan's was still open (they were open until 2am), so we ordered another cheese + eggplant burger and a seitan burger. The seitan burger was unfortunately overshadowed by the cheese + eggplant (and the weight of expectation). It wasn't as flavorful or unique, so I'd recommend trying some of their other offerings if you can. The Thai burger and soy burger both looked very intriguing, so I might try those next time - unless I'm tempted once again by the cheese + eggplant...

Pros: Cheese burger, Open late, Lots of options

Won't be back

Lovely venue, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the burger I had (Thai) was disappointing. The filling was so wet that a huge puddle of liquid formed on my cardboard plate as soon as I picked up the burger. The bun, however, was very thick and, strangely, very dry (unpleasantly so). The taste wasn't bad, but a little bland for something called "Thai". All in all the food was far below my expectations.

Pros: Everything expect the actual food was nice.

Cons: Dry, bland burger.

fantastic burgers

Really delicious burgers and a decent selection! I loved the chickpea curry burger in particular. Lots of tastes and preferences catered for. Cool surroundings, as it's a good truck next to a very small community garden and near lots of bars.

Pros: wide choice, delicious , cheap

Cons: can't think of any

My friends and I all tried a different burger and they were each 10/10. Even the bun is so damn good. A burger & fries is about $10 usd

Finally a burger food truck

Finally a burger food truck next to Szimpla, so I can eat at the same place like my friends. Burger tastes great, but I have eaten better ones. Only 2 from 5 burger contain vegan protein like soy or seitan. There should be a cheap option for 1000 HUF.

Too bad

First stop on my vegan burger tour of Budapest. I had the seitan burger to avoid any surprises. One word: BLAND. Don't want to be so cruel, but tasteless mayo, tasteless pattie, tasteless burger. Often vegan burgers taste weird, but this one just didn't taste. Emailed them with a offer to help, but they ignored that. Interesting to see what they'll do with it. A salty Cajun spice mix or a heaping spoonful of chipotle sauce could save it.. Beware, even the ketchupfor the fries was tasteless.. Also the most expensive.

Pros: Vegan burger in the ruins area, Burger is big

Cons: Hey dude, where's the flavour?
