Great bakery

I was dreaming to come this place, it took me some time to choose because there is so many different types of buns and rolls, cakes... Also it written in Danish so I was asking owner about each bread. Very tasty and good quality. Also there is some vegan products in the shop!
Highly recommend:)

Pros: Load of vegan bread!!

Cons: Not cheap

Chocolate croissants!

This place is nicely located just a short stroll from Torvehallerne. So many vegan treats - be prepared to have a hard time choosing!

sweet place with sweet treats

this little bakery is an absolute must visit. there are lots of vegan options very clearly labelled although all ingredients are in Danish. we had the custard pastry and cinnamon roll both were fantastic.

there is also a fridge/freezer full of vegan milks and cheeses as well as dried food and sweets in the store

Pros: clearly labeled vegan products, lots of options (maybe 70-80% of stock), very nice owner

Cons: no indoor seating

LOTS of options!

It’s always exciting finding a vegan bakery that has such a wide variety of options; I’d be doubly excited if I was vegan and gluten free, because it seemed like half of their menu was GF.

I got a piece of carrot cake while my husband got the traditional danish cinnamon roll. The carrot cake was also GF, so as GF can sometimes be it was slightly mealy, but I still really enjoyed it. It wasn’t overly sweet. My husband loved his cinnamon roll and asked if we can go back again! 😆

Fantastic vegan Danish pastries

This bakery is not vegan or vegetarian but I would estimate maybe 70% of their offering is vegan! A huge range of pastries both sweet and savoury. Some are traditional, others are creative and new.
We bought three sweet pastries for breakfast and all were delicious. It came to 75DKK which isn't bad for Copenhagen. We will definitely be back for more as there was such a huge range we wanted to try out. Excellent.

Many vegan options and yummy pastries!

We had really good pastries there. Although they are not 100% vegan, they have a bright variety of vegan treats, so you have a lot to choose from. The chocolate croissant and the kanel snegl (cinnamon roll) were so yummy!

Vegan & organic traditional Danish pastries

Decided to go here to get a traditional Danish pastry. There is definitely lots to choose from! I should have read the reviews beforehand though. 1) I had trouble finding the bakery at first as the sign is Naturbageriet and not Landbageriet. It is also quite small. 2) I chose the kanelsnegl and can only agree: it is extremely sweet. My mum had better luck with the chocolate pastry.

Three stars for the variety and for being gluten-free.

Pros: Large variety, gluten-free, small shop but has a few other items such as tea

Cons: Kanelsnegl is death by sugar

Little gem

Like the description it is small but has an amazing selection of vegan pastries, desserts and bread. I got 4 different pastries and an oat milk coffee and they were all delicious. There isn’t anywhere to sit there but not far is the botanical gardens and that was a great place to enjoy them!

Bakery heaven

So many options to chose from, had to visit twice to try as many as possible. Very friendly staff, helped me chose typical Danish pastries. Could not se anything on the menu that was not vegan. Would give 5/5 if happycow would allow it.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Good price

A[bun]dance of sweets!

Went here three times during our trip and still didn't try everything on the menu. So much choice, and most baked items are relatively affordable. Something to note is that many of the options are also gluten free or made with all natural ingredients, so they're not as rich and tasty as maybe they could be. All in all, a great find and definitely worth visiting.

Pros: Myriad of items, Inexpensive , Also has small selection of vegan groceries

Cons: Focus on healthy, natural ingredients , Small shop, no seating

So much choice!

Only one non-vegan option that I could see. Honestly spoilt for choice, the marzipan sweet treat is delicious as well as the spelt focaccia and croissants!

Good spot

Went here after all the amazing reviews - but was left a little disappointed. It’s amazing that there is a bakery making vegan versions of danish pastries, but that doesn’t mean they’re out of this world.
The cinnamon bun I had was very very sweet and left me actually craving something savory after.
Still a pretty good spot for vegans with a heavy sweet tooth.

Best cinnamon roll I have ever eaten!

Went there spontaneously and tried the cinnamon roll as well as a carrot cake and a banana bread together with my friends.
The other things were very good as well but still I think the cinnamon roll was without a doubt the absolute best. You have to try!!

Pros: Friendly service, Nice atmosphere , A lot of vegan options and other vegan products.

Cons: A little expensive , Difficulties communicating in English

Simple, inexpensive and just great Danish pastries

February, sun and Nørrebro. What could be better than a marzipan pastry with coffee at the square? The bakery has lots of clearly marked vegan options of traditional Danish baked goods.
Good prices, lots of options, very recommendable.
I bought a standard coffee(americano) to go which was fine, but I don't know if there is more elaborate versions like espresso.

Pros: The many options of Dansih sweets, value for money

Great vegan bakery

Unfortunately, the app only allows a four-star rating for this bakery, although it definitely deserves five stars. It is my go-to bakery in Copenhagen whenever I want to buy vegan pastries. Everything I had up until now was delicious! As if this wouldn't be enough, I always get the impression that the owner is very happy about selling vegan pastry and, therefore, he is friendly and helpful. #Veganuary
