Soggiorno appena terminato, hotel consigliatissimo per servizio, cortesia, cibo di altissima cucina naturale e ottima pulizia.

Il personale preparatissimo e cordiale, attento a tutte le richieste della clientela.
Ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, location hotel bellissima con laghetto naturale e piccolo parco.
Posizionato in maniera strategica, pista ciclabile che collega tutta la Valvenosta a 200 metri dall’ hotel e le escursioni fino a 2000/3000 a portata di mano.
Hotel vicino al centro del paese e noleggio biciclette raggiungibile e piedi a 700 metri.
Nel complesso ottima vacanza non ci è mancato nulla grazie alla titolare Valeria premurosa in tutti i servizi.
Ritorneremo sicuramente

We stayed there in July for 4 nights. It was totally awsome. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service absolutely great. And the best - food! Everything is vegan and everything was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast as well as the several dinner courses. Absolutely recommendable!

Stayed only one night, wish it could have been longer. Very calming with outstanding service. Rooms are very serene and I had a great sleep--outstanding views if facing the mountains. The food was delicious, although I would say that it was not as good as a top vegan restaurant. Would stay again and fully support their business.

We stayed here for three nights and had a really good foodie experience. The dinner is 5 courses every night and is seasonal and very tasty. The breakfast choice is really good and we enjoyed our packed lunch we took on our hike to. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in this area.

We came here for lunch. It is a very big, fancy hotel with a bright and nice interior. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to park our bicycles in the entrance hall. We had (raw) salad bowls, coffee with plant milk and chocolate cake. It was all very tasty and organic.
Read more4/5 stars because the prices are very high and we encountered other upmarket restaurants with equal or better food and lower prices in the area.

Amazing experience, vegan paradise! - Edit
We stayed here for several nights and it was a real soothing treat in a vegan paradise. The surroundings are stunning and the hotel really special. We particularly loved the very rich breakfast buffet with so many yummy and healthy options that you always regretted that you couldn't try it all. The pre-set 4 course dinner was usually very good although the quality and flavours differed per day. The problem with some vegan food like cake and pasta/rice dishes is that it can be dry or bland. You could notice that some chefs were better than others. But all in all it was an extraordinary experience and we will definitely come back. It's expensive but definitely worth your investment

The 100% vegan and ecological hotel with it's wonderful location has a very unique philosophy and cannot be compared with other hotels of it's class. They offer a complete vegan and healthy buffet for breakfast and a light 5-course menu for dinner. Everyday you can take part in yoga or meditation classes (subject to a charge, even if not shown)or book your ayurveda appointment (massage or counselling). I loved the calm environment, the creative vegan cuisine and the exceptional staff here, but a couple of things were not coherent during our 10 days stay for the high price you are paying for everything. However, they are open for feedback and continuously work on improvements.

Read moreEntspannung, Ruhe, Wellness und alles ist im Detail vegan. Dazu kommt die Lage des Hotels in Südtirol in Naturns wo bekanntlich über 300 Tage im Jahr die Sonne scheint. Viele Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Radfahren (Mountainbikes bietet das Hotel im Verleih an) oder Sightseeing zB Meran sind dazu optimal. Vergleichbar top ist das Vegane i Pini Hotel in der Toskana.

We loved it here and would highly recommend. We popped in for lunch one day and had THE BEST lasagne and salad we’ve had. The dessert was also other worldly .. chocolate cake to die for. Really recommend the ginger/ cucumber drink as a perfect way to finish it off. The staff are awesome - so friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Be warned, it is a little pricey but worth treating yourself too! Magnificent!

Read moreFrom the minute we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and positive emotions. As our five day stay progressed, it became obvious that this was going to be a special vacation. The attention to detail...from the service... to the our room... to the sauna and the food serviced, felt caring and positive. The genuine passion for their job that the staff gave out was authentic and honest. I could go on and on about this dream hotel but I think you get the gist.
Please experience for yourself....you'll definitely have the same impression.

This hotel might be the hit or the flop. It really depends on your mind-set and your expectations. It seams as they jumped on the vegan hype.
Read moreHowever it has everything you need. Frendly stuff, all vegan food, nice rooms with comfy beds, good atmosphere and a nice natural swimming pool.
But there are some downsides. The breakfeast buffet has too many sweets (lot of cookies, cakes ect.) and no nuts to take. The 5 course dinners are great but it was to less for me. Allawys had to order more bread. A small salad buffet would have been just perfect.
Sauna is nice, but saidly theres no cold-jump-in-pool, just a shower. Had to put my bathers on to go for a swimm in the outdoor swimming pool.
One more thing, tap water is chaged by glass u can't ger a jar.
All in all it was okey but had to lower my expectations. Will not retourne.
Pros: all vegan, fancy 5 course dinners, nice outdoor area
Cons: breakfast buffet isnt overwelming, no nuts, no fresh salad

Heaven in the mountains - Edit
Wow! After travelling the Piemont and Liguria for two weeks, we spent our last week at this heavenly place.
Read moreFantastic room (Mountain Suite) with a beautiful view and a lot of space (walk in wardrobe) to store the many boxes of wine we bought on our tour.
The wellness... fascilities are great - indoor pool, sauna, steam room, infrared cabin and yoga spaces. But the best is the natural pool outside and the old (as in mature trees) and beautiful garden. Very, very relaxing!
A not unimportant fact is that children under the age of 14 are not allowed, which for us is a very welcoming issue.
The food... what can we say, out of this world!
Set menue in the evening, five courses all very individual and exeptionally delicious!
Breakfast buffet is the best we've ever seen - a large variety of sweet and savoury niceties. Scrambled tofu and crepes upon request and amazing.
The people... this is a place run by professionals and one can sense it every moment of the day.
From the welcoming at our arrival, to the day to day issues at the reception and especially the service in the restaurant - very swift, polite, friendly and efficient.
The location... is as beautiful as it can get! Südtirol NOT to be mixed up with the rest of Italy! This is a completely different world with functioning infrastructure and not the usual chaos one can experience (which we did many times) in Italy. Südtirol is passion AND perfection!
The hotel... has only been refurbished in the largest parts last year and is up to top-standards. A lot of beautiful wood has been used and one can smell it in every corner of the hotel (a non-smoking hotel!).
The room... with long (220cm!) beds and beautiful bathrooms with large shower and seperate toilet and bidet - within the bathroom.
Our first time in Südtirol, but certainly not our last with such a heavenly place to stay!
Pros: Excellent Food, Best fascilities for relaxing, Friendly people
