Amazing spot - Edit
I visited it with my friend, she had pho and i had sides (wake, kimchi, rice and vegan shrimps). Starting with plating finishing on food and service everything was amazing. The broth was flavorful but they provided spices to add to liking, my iced tea was kind of watery and the lady that was serving us spoke only English, but that also proves the authenticity of the place. Will be coming back to try more stuff, also need to mention it's only vegetarian, but with lots of vegan options.

Misleading name, tasty food - Edit
I wonder why this place is called La Vegana when it's not vegan, it's really misleading. A name like La Vegetarian(k)a would be more truthful. Luckily I have a habit of always making sure that the dish I'm ordering is vegan and I was surprised that the ramen wasn't, as it has noodles that contain egg, but there was no problem swapping for other noodles and veganising the ramen, which was tasty. Unfortunately, the vegan options are not marked on the menu so you are left to ask the staff. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and decorated in a modern oriental style. The staff are very friendly. I would be happy to return to try other dishes.
