4 good vegan options - Edit
We went there based on the positive reviews. There were 4 options clearly labelled as vegan and they was good.
Read moreWe had the Sushi de Verduras en tempura, saquitos de calabacin (zucchini )and the Thai red rice with vegetables. With the Thai red rice, I could not see the veggies, might have been hidden in the rice itself… but it tasted ok.
The only negative review is that we were seated at the bar which was fine, but the staff were smashing the dishes very very loudly as they were cleaning it.
Worth visiting!

Comida rica, buena porción - Edit
👨🏽🍳 Servicio 7/10
Read moreWaiters are super busy, a lot of clients for a few of them. Consequently, the service was quite mechanical. But the waiter was helpful.
🧆 Comida 7.5/10
Big portions, very tasty. I wish they had some more vegan options and more vegan protein (tempeh, tofu, seitán...)
💒 Ambiente 7/10
Nice and small place. You may wait for a bit because it is crowded very quickly.
💡Originalidad 7/10
The food is quite unusual, fusion tapas that are original and tasty!
💸 Precios - correctos
Pros: Fusion tapas, Tasty, Good portion
Cons: Very small place, Could have more vegan options

Boa surpresa - Edit
Minha experiência foi muito boa. O menu é b sinalizado, o que nos poupa ter que perguntar se o prato é vegano ou não. O atendimento é muito bom. O arroz vermelho é pedido obrigatório porque é delicioso demais!

A few interesting vegan options - Edit
We ate here 2 nights ago. There were 5 vegan options on the menu, and one vegan special. We ordered ended up ordering 4 out of the 5 dishes and it ended up being a little different.
Read moreThe sushi dish we got was kind of a Spanish fusion type ordeal, while I didn’t mind it Nicola wasn’t a fan, and as this was the main part of our meal she reckons La Bartola was kind of a terrible restaurant. I had to eat like 15 pieces of sushi by myself which kind of spoiled the rest of the meal for me. I could have handled 7 or 8 pieces but it ended up being uninteresting and a bit of a chore to get through.
The two best dishes we got were the stir fried veggies on special and the caramelised apple for dessert. While there wasn’t much involved in each of those dishes, I would have to admit they were tasty.
The biggest downside is obviously that most of their menu is non vegan. Yuck. We went here because it was late and we needed somewhere that was open and close to our hostel. I would only recommend La Bartola if you are desperate, we have since eaten at way better restaurants in Seville that are all vegan. I’m surprised that this mostly non vegan place has 4 stars in happy cow.
2 stars from niki_nine
Pros: Reasonably priced, Interesting dishes
Cons: Not all vegan , Nicola didn’t like it, Semi bland food

Cute place - Edit
Went on a Thursday around 1030pm and we caught the end of the dinner crowd. The restaurant itself is small with a fun ambience. There were multiple vegan options for tapas, including one on the blackboard, and a dessert.
Read moreWe had the hummus, which was light and airy, but not super flavorful. The tempura sushi was really delicious. For dessert, we shared the caramelized apple, which was stuffed with a variety of nuts.

Muy muy bueno - Edit
Todo lo vegano estaba muy rico! Pedimos el arroz rojo, el gazpacho, el hummus con trufa y la caponata. Lo no vegano al parecer también era de muy buena calidad.

They offer vegan tapas in the menu. Some of them are very peculiar - I recommend the hummus with truffle and caponata. So tasty!

Okay - Edit
They had several vegan options on the menu. I tried the sushi and red thai rice. Both were quite good, but a little bland and as expected not very authentic but rather with a Spanish twist. Could have had more seasoning in my opinion. I think the typically Spanish tapas might taste better. Service was really good, I got a free bread basket as well and the bread was very good. Price was also okay. I liked the cozy atmosphere as well.

Not for me. Maybe for someone else - Edit
I had 3 items: cold soup, sushi and sautéed eggplant(I think it was called caponata), all were too oily to my liking. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of first 2 but you can see pictures of caponata floating in oil.
Read moreI better mention that I’m not on a diet or against oil. I eat fried food and love mayo. But this is just disgusting, only that eggplant dish had ≈ 50 ml of visible oil and every piece of eggplant was soaked in it. The soup had slightly bitter taste, I assume from olive oil. Sushi was super fat too, but that was expected from a deep fried item.
I feel sick after this meal, never again.

Just what we were looking for - Edit
We ordered all four of the vegan tapas plates (shared between 2). Our favourite was the tempura sushi. Husband wasn't a big fan of the caponata but I preferred it to the rice. That said we enjoyed it all and was plenty for us. It made a very pleasant change from veggie burgers! Good atmosphere too.

Vegan tapas are good! - Edit
Yay for vegan tapas! So happy to have found a place in Seville! 5 items on the menu plus one vegan dessert. Small restaurant. We sat by the window bar, as at the tables the AC is a bit too much for us. Friendly atmosphere and a great staff. Would give 5 stars if the app would let me! Definitely recommend. ☺️

Small but really good restaurant - Edit
Very delicious food, we had a table under the air conditioner tough so it was really cold the whole time. Staff was kind but there are only 5 vegan dishes on the menu one being dessert. Three of them were with nuts but the vegetable sushi was great. On request you can also leave the sauce with nuts away. Sometimes there are more vegan dishes on the black board. Mix asian and Spanish food. The ambiente is beautiful, you can order every dish either as a Tapas or a main dish. It's a really small restaurant so we needed to wait a little until we got a table. But totally worth the price

Clearly labeled vegan tapas! - Edit
Love the marked vegan dishes and menu says many dishes can be made vegan or gluten free. We enjoyed the Asian dishes the most, the sushi and red rice but the eggplant and zuke dishes were also decent. Reasonably priced wine also. Place was super busy on a Monday night, but waitstaff did a good job of keeping up.

Good vegan tapas - Edit
They have a menu with at least 5 vegan dishes that are clearly marked. You can order them either as a tapa (a small portion) or a plato (proper sized meal). The food was very nice, we tried all of the options (we took 4 as tapas and 1 as a main and it was more than enough for 2 people). The only one that lacked flavour was zucchini sachets, rest of the food was very delicious. Service was not the friendliest but very quick and efficient.
Read moreJust to mention: the place is very popular and therefore busy at dinner time even during the weekdays, so you might need to wait to be seated and also it’s not great for large groups as it is pretty small inside. A very authentic vibe though😄

Nice spot for tapas - Edit
Everything was super delicious! We had the stuffed zucchini, sushi and eggplant! It’s super oily, but delicious. Zucchini dish was missing some spices in our opinion but rest was 10/10! The sauce on top of the sushi and the mushrooms were out out this world!! Would recommend coming here! They have a large range of beers and wine too! #Veganuary

Finally, vegan tapas !! Enfin des tapas véganes !! - Edit
If you are desparate to try vegan tapas, go to La Bartola, you won't be disappointed😄it seems that the kitchen is open all Day long, and wow it was really good. We had the cold soup, the sushis and the eggplant disj : everything was delicious. My favorite was the eggplant (but i'm not objective, it's one of my favorite veggies). 100% recommanded

On a pris la soupe froide (une sorte de gaspacho), les sushis et les aubergines : tout était délicieux. Ma préférence se porte sur les aubergines (mais ce n'est pas un avis objectif car c'est un de mes légumes préférés). Bref je recommande à 100%
