Had the seitan and bacon burger and one of the salads with tahini. We did delivery so unsure what the restaurant was like.

The best vegan option in the town centre - Edit
First things first it's worth going just for the tofu nuggets! The rest of the menu is fresh, simple, varied and all vegan. A lot of effort and creativity has gone into creating a good choice of international dishes. The atmosphere is cosy but tasteful and the staff are friendly and seem invested in the project they're a part of. The only downside is it's too small a space. Two or three times I've visited and been put off by the queue at the door!

I recommend arriving early (before 7pm) as this place is quickly packing up! I was lucky and got in at a perfect time. The food choices are ample and all sound delicious! I will be back another day during my stay in Porto for sure. Want to try more of their menu.

Lovely little place - Edit
I was recommended this place by local vegans. They highly recommended the Francesinha, where the vegan versions are usually filled with different vegan meats, Kind Kitchen makes theirs with tofu, mushrooms and tomato. And I must say that it was delicious!

We went there on a saturday evening and it was very crowded. We didn't have a reservation so we had to wait for 1h. So if you don't like waiting you should definitely make a reservation.
Read moreI ordered the shrimp tacos and was quite impressed how "fishy" they were. Also I had the soup of the day which was broccoli soup but that was quite bland in my opinion. Also my friend had the mexican bowl and said that the portion was too small for him.
Overall it was a nice vibe, staff very friendly and food quite nice.

Comi o hambúrguer Crispy Seitan & Bacon e estava fantástico. Já tive más experiências com seitan panado, mas o deste hambúrguer estava cozinhado na perfeição. Vou certamente voltar para explorar o resto do menu.
É um espaço pequeno, mas muito acolhedor. Tem uma localização muito central, perto da estação da Trindade e dos Aliados.

We had dinner here two nights while touring Porto because it was so good. The tuna melt, Thai bowl, bacon burger and the francesinha (Portuguese local national dish) were all devine. The staff and wine and atmosphere perfect. It’s very small, and if you have to get on the list and wait - it’s worth it. Tables of two are fast, bigger groups slow.

Found this hidden gem using Happy Cow and so pleased we did. Had a lovely meal with generous portions and wonderful colours and flavours. Plenty of variety and good choice of vegan beer. Highly recommended.

We ordered nuggets, a mexican bowl and some fries. The nuggets of tofu had a great texture and crispiness but they lacked some flavour, it tasted like regular tofu.
