The BLT wasn't that good - Edit
I was confused walking in there. The till is at the far end and the woman greeted me as I walked in, so I assumed I ordered from the front where she greeted me. Not so. Go to the far end to order.
Read moreWe got the BLT sandwich and the taco wrap. I was really looking forward to a BLT but it wasn't good. It's spinach instead of lettuce and the bread isn't toasted and it's just not what I expected. Thank god we got the taco wrap, which was really good, or we would never want to go back there.
The place was clean.
The food isn't cheap. I paid $34.66 (with a $5 tip) for two sandwiches basically. I expect to pay more for good vegan food, but this may deter a lot of people.
Pros: Interesting food options. , Healthy food options. , Clean place.
Cons: Price.

Great food… pity about the awful containers and plastic cutlery - Edit
KB&Co has great food. The waffles are great, the coconut bac’n BLT is one of my favourite sandwiches, and I wish I had the recipe for their citrus kale salad. It’s also nice to have a vegan place that serves fresh and healthy food. By default the food is served take out boxes. If you are eating in, please ask them to serve your food on a plate.

It was amazing I got the chipotle taco wrap, lavender charcoal latte and a coconut cream cookie and it was all very tasty

Kb&co is awesome, I’ve been to multiple locations and love the St. Albert one! My favourite is the Smokey ceaser salad, it’s a must try!!!
