Beautiful Vegan Food

The staff are so incredibly nice and friendly, very easy to talk to and attentive. The food is absolutely beautiful, mostly vegan with a few vegetarians items in there but it's absolutely divine and really gem for Northampton

Pros: lots of vegan options!

Cons: There needs to be more of the restaurants!

Friendly restaurant, great atmosphere

Very friendly staff, always a good atmosphere.
A bit pricy but everything is made on the premises.
Can take a while for the food to arrive due to this.
Huge variety of food.

Pros: Service a bit slow.

Cons: lots of variety

Just what Northampton needed

In the not very vegan friendly town of Northampton Karmana is a breath of fresh air. It has had its teething problems but now has a consistently good menu. The service too has improved.
It's great for vegans because there are plenty of options.
The Sunday buffet is the best value for money and it is very tasty.
Drinks and some desserts are rather expensive though.

Pros: Well cooked and tasty, Plenty of options for veggies and vegans, Friendly and entertaining owners

Cons: Drinks and some desserts are expensive, Sunday buffet only includes one desert

A little gem

How I wish this place had opened when I lived in Northampton. I visit once a month and will be visiting here again. Great variety and quality of food, so refreshing to visit somewhere with a range to suit all tastes, my non-vegan children enjoyed their meals as much as I did. Also pleasant to visit somewhere with such a relaxed atmosphere that takes time to prepare food/drinks with love and care. The world is in such a hurry these days, people want instant gratification, and this was a reminder of more carefree times. Very highly recommended.

Vegan food in Northampton - a rare treat

Enjoyed Karmana on 4 or 5 occasions now and the food is always well presented and enjoyable.

Food preparation could be a lot swifter & prices a little more affordable to return more frequently, however, it is encouraging that the venture continues to develop and now incorporates entertainment on a regular basis to help sustain the business and provide a venue for like minds.

Pros: Plenty of Vegan options, Friendly and welcoming

Cons: Food preparation time, Some prices are a bit steep, Not entirely Vegan

Tasty, healthy food and good, friendly service

9 of us visited Karmana for a late Sunday afternoon lunch, a mixture of vegan, vegetarian, and meat eaters, and everyone really enjoyed the food. The menu is great; there's something for everyone, and there are usually at least 5 specials every day in addition to what's on the main menu. The cost is very reasonable (around £15 per person including starters, main and drinks) and Sandeep (the owner) is a very welcoming host. The service was very good too, especially considering that we were a relatively large group. This place is just what Northampton needs; we will be returning!

Pros: Good vegan selection, Price, Taste
