Great food if you’re not in a hurry

Delicious sandwiches but unlike most restaurants in the 2020’s, customers cannot order ahead for pickup. That leaves the customer sitting on cold metal chairs waiting while feeding a parking meter. Good food if you’re not a busy person.

Their sandwiches are otherworldly

I’m obsessed with their sandwiches, ice cream, and baked goods! They’re about 95% vegan and make everything so well. Love the pestrami sandwich

tasty!

the sandwiches are soooo good! we also got a matcha with oat milk and it was 10/10!! i love how all the food and treats are 100% vegan now. the only non-vegan options are non-dairy milk and honey for drinks. so it is nearly almost an entirely vegan establishment currently :,)

Been here a few times, never disappointed.

An entirely vegan coffee and ice cream shop in a great location! I’ve always had super friendly staff answer questions. Iced coffee is served with actual coffee ice cubes which is a huge plus for me. Their sandwiches are also incredible! If you’re visiting Gainesville this has to be a stop, if you live in Gainesville, you’ve already been here.

Delicious sandwiches

We ordered the Reuben, Philly Cheesesteak, maple ice cream, carrot cake cookie sandwich, and jam-filled cookie and really enjoyed all of them. Everything was very flavorful, the bread was crisp and toasty, and desserts were a perfect finish. I'm not sure what my jam cookie was called now but it looked like a Linzer and I think used a good helping of shortening as it melted in my mouth (which I love) and thought I'd mention this since some will prefer the more cookie-like version.

Pros:
Use Herbivorous Butcher meats (lots of flavor, hard to find, made in small batches in MN)
(Our) food was great
Offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches
Offer baked and frozen dessert
Containers recyclable
Curbside pickup was straight-forward (available on their website)

Cons:
No sides - fries and a pickle would have made the sandwiches a meal

Great Baked Goods

I've been to Karma Cream a few times and am never disappointed!

All of their baked goods are vegan which is great; I get to choose whatever I want without worrying. I had bourbon pecan banana bread last winter and I am still thinking about it.

Their breakfast sandwich is also great, I got it on a house-made biscuit and it was delicious.

Their ice cream is also very good. Another plus is that they are open late (10 pm). I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Pros: Great Food, Variety, Cool Art

SO FLAVORFUL!

My mother and I had two of the most delicious meals. She got the Vegan Club and I ate the Curry chickpea wrap and they were both so flavorful! I also had the vegan chocolate hazlenut fudge ice cream and I devoured it! (Tried to savor every bite though.)

Pros: So many vegan options

Great sandwiches!

Great vegan sandwiches for breakfast or anytime of day. The breakfast sandwich with spicy mayo was lip-smacking good and the cheese sandwich was gooey and delicious! For dessert we had a lemon poppy hibiscus doughnut and a chocolate peanut butter macaroon. Yum! Thank you for all the vegan goodness!

Perfect Little Café!

Karma Cream is one of my favorite places in Gainesville. If you can find a seat, it’s an enjoyable and upbeat atmosphere. Half of their ice cream selections are from the Coconut Bliss line, and all ice cream toppings, pastries, and foods are vegan. Pro-tip: They have Oatly for their coffees available! Make sure to be prepared to take everything to-go on weekends and most afternoons, as it can be hard to find a seat at this popular cafe!

Pros: All-vegan café food and pastries, Coffee ice cubes in iced coffee drinks!, Friendly staff

Cons: There is dairy products in the facility, Afternoon/Weekend = Most likely won’t find a seat

The place to stop in gainesville

We were very pleased to find this amazing place just 10-15 min out of the interstate. All the icecreams are organic. Half of the selection are Vegan and all the good flavors are in. Chocolate walnut brownie, cappuccino, ginger cookie, salted caramel mint Galactica and so on. So many Vegan icecreams you can't try them at once.
The sandwiches are all vegan and we had a blast. Trying the club, the pestrami and the curried chickpea, all tasty, Organic and diverse. The ambiance was great, lot of beautiful people inside and out and easy to park just in front of the street with a big public free parking.
The coffees are Starbucks like and use dairy and non dairy milks. Prices are super correct.
We will come back for sure. 5 stars easy.

Pros: Organic, Half ice creams vegan and sandwiches all vegan, Prices very reasonable

Best veggie place in Gainesville

I just spent a few days in Gainesville and I ended up eating half the menu while I was here. Every sandwich was unreal, the coffee is good and they have a bunch of vegan ice cream. 11/10 would marry karma kream if i could.

Gainesville's Best Downtown Vegan Venue

We have been going to Karma Cream for years, especially when we go out for our wedding anniversary - it's a real treat. But since they moved to their new place, Karma Cream is even better. They have created a really nice space with a mellow atmosphere, even when the place is busy. There are so many delicious vegan options, whether you want a sandwich, coffee and cake, or some awesome ice cream. We had a big sandwich each followed with ice cream, and were fully satiated. What a great place for vegans and vegetarians!

This place is so good. All the baked goods are vegan and they have about 10 vegan ice cream flavors with all vegan toppings! Hot fudge, cookie dough, bananas, whipped cream and more. It exceeded my expectations!!😄
