Delicious nachos and iced coffee - Edit
13 March 2021 I came here again with new owners. I had mushrooms and tofu with the feta and it had a lot of flavour. I also enjoyed my coffee and snickers smoothie. My partner really enjoyed the open veggie burger and iced coffee and my mum loved her pancakes.
Read moreI had vegan nachos and an iced coffee. We didn’t wait long for our food. I was also there with two fussy omnivores and they enjoyed their pancakes a lot. The service was great and I was happy to have a vanilla cocowhip with some chocolate sauce. All vegan. I’ll definitely be back.

Vegan paradise on Phillip Island - Edit
What a lovely little cafe with outdoor seating so you can bring your dogs or just enjoy the sun. I got the japanese pancakes which was nice but it not very pancake-like. The almond chai was lovely. My partner ordered the dahl and he said it was very flavoursome. My brother-in-law got the open burger and he liked it. He got an almond milk latte and he thought it was pretty good.

An Oasis on the Island - Edit
A wonderful experience:warm greetings, friendly service, comfortable seating and beautiful food.
Read moreAfter having a couple of poor experiences on the island, this was a refreshing contrast for good vegan food.
The banana pancakes were 'amazing', the okonmyaki was nice but I felt it needed some pickled ginger or nori. Although I note I could have had some kimchi added on.

Wholefood deliciousness - Edit
We were delighted with all of our meals and the people are so lovely. The food is simple but wholesome and deliciously prepared. We loved our experience and are already looking forward to coming back. So grateful to have a plant based cafe to visit on Phillip Island.

Amazing pancakes - Edit
Just had their banana pancakes (even though it’s after 12- so massive thanks for being so accommodating!) and their nachos. Both were 10/10. Nachos are served cold, which I was apprehensive about, but they were amazing- plenty of toppings for each bite and really great flavour. The pancakes were one of the best I’ve ever had, they had just the right amount of topping so they weren’t soggy/overloaded but they also weren’t dry. Honestly nothing to complain about, really recommend visiting here! They also have plenty of seating inside, free parking outside, free WiFi and a couple of power outlets. Staff were really friendly too😄

New owners, same menu - Edit
Very happy to see this eatery has once again gone vegan!
Read moreWe shared a burger and iced mocha on our visit. The burger patty itself was quite good; not mock meat and much healthier than you'd find elsewhere. The other fillings and bun could have been better, however. The iced mocha needed more chocolate and less coffee for my personal taste.
It would be great to see a new menu soon to breathe fresh life into the business.

Best vegan options on the island! - Edit
I've lived at Phillip Island for a few years and was very excited when this cafe opened. Still running strong! Good coffee, delicious smoothies and kombucha on tap. Diverse vegan options, which is great because if you're vegan and on the island for a few days you'll probably want to come here often! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Great Find on the Island - Edit
Found this gem while visiting the Island and it was great to be able to order everything on the menu without asking to leave items out. A completely vegan place is hard find in the country. Tried the Scrambled Tofu while my partner had the Japanese Pancakes and we were not disappointed, meals were spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful, little crowded but that only points to a place that’s well patronise.

good - Edit
Nachos were good but lacked zest, spice and flavour. the beans were more of a paste. The non beef burger bun was crunchy and full of delicious seeds but the patty was more of a pasty, and again lacked zest and flavour. The cafe itself was very homely, first thing you see when you enter is a crate of dirty kids toys. Friendly but not immediately appetising. The whole experience was nice but kinda late 90’s.
