I would give 5 stars if i could for their delish vegan food

I had the soup of the day and the vegan red sauce pasta. All was delicious, they also provide you with various types of bread and dipping oil, by the end of the meal you are absolutely stuffed and satisfied. Very expensive but worth going at least once for the experience.

Pros: Beautiful setting, Amazing service, care about your diet, Delicious food

Cons: Very expensive

Good vegan choices that differ from rest of Cusco

We ate here as a treat. I can confirm we did not stay at the hotel, but we did make a reservation by walking into the restaurant. It seemed the norm to ask for room number but no issues saying we just walked in. The restaurant is open 12pm-12am.
I had the soy meat dish in Creole style. Quite salty due to the soy sauce. There were options of soup, an oriental white quinoa dish, soy meat bolognese and wok friend vegetables. Calming environment. We went for lunch and only a couple of people in there.

We paid around 250 soles (£60) including tip for the soya meat creole, sorbet desert, chicken Caesar salad, glass of white wine and 3 beers.

Pros: Different options, Lovely 5* hotel setting

Cons: More expensive side

Pretty good

I stayed at the Palacio for a couple days when I first arrived so it was very convenient that this restaurant was in the hotel. Open late, knowledgeable and communicative staff, with beautiful art from the 16th century casually on the walls. Lomo saltado was great

Pros: Separate veg menu

Cons: Expensive

Incredible vegan fine dining

Had the fettuccine bolognese with soya mince and it was divine. They have a page of the menu dedicated to vegan options, and the atmosphere is lovely. Very upmarket but worth visiting if you want a fancy meal.

Very very fine dining, Vegan represented well.

This is probably the best hotel in the city, and the restaurant is super super fancy with amazing service to back it up. They had an entire page on the menu that was just Vegan. Then the following page had many vegan options. If you want to really spend a night out on the town fine dining and you are a Vegan, you must come here. Also they spoke English very well.

Nice and expensive

Very nice restaurant with excellent food. They have a pretty large vegan menu with starters, mains and desserts. The food was good but compared to the price average. You can get better vegan food in Cusco for a better price.
