Llevo menos de un mes de regreso en Tijuana después de vivir fuera por muchos años y ya llevo tres veces que voy a Inspiración 9! Me encanta! Todo vegano, he probado el pozole de champiñon, la tabla de setas, y los tacos de marlin. Súper rico todo!! Las setas se parecen mucho a una carne asada!! Agradecida de tener un lugar como este en Tijuana💗

I went there walking, which from my hotel wasn’t that bad, just never use apple maps since it will take you somewhere else, The place is clean, the waiters are friendly, they even took a picture of me for their instagram for having one of their artisan beers, they started with some blue corn chips with salsas, delicious, after that I asked for the “carnitas” tacos, they were very delicious with some lime on them. For the main dish I had “Molesa” a milanesa with mole and a side of quinoa, the only thing were the potatoes that came with it were a bit undercooked and bland, but the mole the milanesa and the quinoa were delicious. The beer was excellent, IPA kind of beer, and for dessert I had two of their vegan donuts, they were very friendly and attentive, the food delicious and non expensive so I will totally recommend it

Food is absolutely outstanding. I’ve been there several times and I’m just amazed at the quality of the menu. I particularly recommend the quinoa with corn.

Everything was sublime. Incredible. Ate there three nights in a row. Torta served covered with sauce was perfect combo of crispy salty bread with perfectly balanced tomato sauce. Fusion pasta outstanding with crispy yummies. Tortilla soup. Great dessert plate with lightly flavored chocolate sauce poured at the table with cookie crumbles, banana paleta, sherbet, chewy chocolate cinnamon. Donuts. Seasonal stuffed chili with rice and beans. Offers risotto, burger, tacos, salads, grilled vegetables, mole, juices. Great staff. In unassuming strip mall near Country Club.

Very nice selection of Vegan Mexican Food. We tried the ceviche, street tacos, mushroom burrito and tortilla soup. Very good. Menu is completely vegan. Dessert of the day was chocolate banana bread with fresh fruit on top. Yum!

This place is truly one of my best discoveries, the food is delicious, well prepared, unique and satisfying! Definitely will be coming back again! I had the huarache with the peach kombucha and it was a wonderful combo! The cauliflower ceviche is very good as well!

I was looking forward to trying this new Mexican vegan restaurant, as I was told it was excellent.
Read moreWhen I walked in, I noticed numerous planters with a lovely assortment of plants hanging on the walls, and there were a number or reclaimed wood accents throughout the restaurant. The owner told me that the beautiful tables were made of old wooden tomato shipping boxes.
I was with a couple friends, and we shared a number of dishes including cauliflower ceviche as an appetizer, a sopas or sandwich, a torta, and a taco.
While we waited for our meals to be served, we munched on some delicious fresh blue corn tortilla chips with 2 unique and delicious tasting salsas: one spicy and the other flavorful, yet mild.
The dishes arrived, one after the next, and the dishes were very tasty. I highly recommend the cauliflower ceviche and the tacos.
We finished our meal with a delicious and elegantly prepared grilled fruit dessert.
The owner and staff are very friendly, the prices are very reasonable for such quality, and I think this is a fantastic fantastic addition to the Tijuana vegan scene
